I am honored that you used my work.
However, did you check the license of the app? It was taken from the PA ROM. Originally, it was released under the GNU GPL. For that reason, my app is licensed that way, too.
Your app must be licensed under the GNU GPL as well!
That means: Share your sources!

When will you release your sources?
OK, a quick tutorial how to do that:
Fork my repo on Github: https://github.com/nikwen/android_packages_apps_ParanoidWallpapers
Clone your fork.
Then apply your changes on the fork (or just replace the working folder in the local git repo).
Then commit your changes.
That's it.
Know that what you are doing is illegal.

I really appreciate that he is sharing it, but he says that he modded the app.
If he modded it, he has to share his source code. That's what the GPL says.
