[ROM][CDMA/GSM][4.4][OFFICIAL] Experience Project - Motorola Droid RAZR

v0.1 Initial Build
You will need:
Binary fix. Not optional!
Download--CDMA
Download--GSM/UTMS
GApps:
(Courtesy of PA)
Optional files:
SuperSU Flashable zip
Flash in the order they are listed, and everything should work

BTW, the Messaging 2.0 is a custom app built by MBQ_, not the stock AOSP app.

GSM is coming soon, I just need to grab the device tree and I'll build it tonight. It'll probably within the next 24 hours unless something comes up. (I forgot to put this in the OP, my bad)

Did you port it or source build it?
You could source build it, as the One S will continue to be supported by CM (official tree) through CM11, which is the base for XP

Did you try CWM itself? Did you download on your phone, or a PC?
