This Xposed module adds a Download option to Vine. Clicking that will download the video to a Vine/ directory under your usual downloads directory.

Compatibility:
This requires the official Vine application, the Xposed framework only runs on ICS+ so this will only work on ICS or above.

I keep getting failed download! I'm on stock firmware, on the i9505, latest xposed framework, and vine 1.3.3
There are no settings so I can't tell if it's because it can't save to location or something

Sorry, apparently DownloadManager doesn't auto-create needed directories.
Either redownload the fixed apk (same link), or just create a Vine (case sensitive) directory in /sdcard/Download (or Downloads, depending on your device).

Works great now, thanks maybe future feature would be to be able to specify where it downloads to, like SD card vs internal memory

I found a bug yesterday that would prevent downloading videos with a "/" in their description. Most Vine videos are doing it now and that's why it fails. (Some long description W/ Username)

Not sure if I want to touch YouTube, the package is obfuscafed with ProGaurd so each update would break the module for users, and I'd have to go through the source again.

I also downloaded and installed the apk, which curently resides in my sdcard\download directory on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (GT-N5110) running Android 4.1.2 KernEl version 3.0.31, Build number JZ054K.N5110EEMF2. There is no download option for me either. What Am I doing wrong? Help! Thanks

I have installed Xposed, but nothing shows up in the menu, othere than share on twitter, facebook, report etc. How do I enable the Module? That is the million dollar question!

This morning, Directv updated their app to mirror their iPad app. It is only compatible with tablets only. Since Note 2 is a hybrid, is there a way to download this via tricking system to show Note 2 as Tablet device. I'm currently rooted with Beans Build 9.

I have an NON TESTED theory;
Ask somone in galaxy tab forum to post their <build.prop> file. It includes the device name and build rev. Create backup of <build.prop> and in new one edit the file in text editor by long-pressing from root explorer and change necessary lines.
For specific lines to edit, head over to <Note II general thread> and look at the <google wallet> main post instructions. It shows how to get wallet working by tricking the NoteII into thinking it's a galaxy nexus. You don't need to download their file. That's for the nfc fix soley. Just use the part about <build.prop> editing as a reference for what lines need to change.

If UI is too small for you, you can set dpi to 213 (nexus 7 dpi) and the UI is a littke bigger but looks off IMO
Will this worked on rooted Note 2. I am using cleanroom 4.5.
It will not work on jailbroke ipad 3.

The MOD described above requires a rooted device. So root has nothing to do with it. Follow directions closely. May help to detail the steps you have taken.
I downloaded framework and installed. I then installed busybox. Then I downloaded and flashed the xposed app settings. After flashing I was not able to find the posed app settings in under the modules tab.

Thanks for the mod/apk! Its awesome. Im trying to insert this into my ROM as a single and default keyboard but it always says Keyboard has stopped working. Is there anyway i can embed this into rom before installing the ROM? FYI it works fine when i install this normal way.

Where did you put it? Try in data/app, instead of system/app.
Great keyboard, but I'm addicted with SwiftKey...

But the .apk could be installed only after I used Titanium Backup to Force Uninstall the built in Keyboard.
Shows signature error or something to that effect. Doesnot work when installed normally

I was having same problem and couldn't find any answers, but then I saw my mistake, "Google Keyboard.apk" , instead of "Googlekeyboard.apk"
Never put any app in the system/app folder with a space in its name. and don't forget the lib files.

Z1 and Z Ultra are getting an OTA update for the Album app. I feel like the BE2 its kicking faster and sadly more over-saturated colors. Better integration for PlayMemories (Not available on many countries)

The .zip will install it like a system app, or if you dont want you can install it as a regular app

i have a problem with this album.. when browsing pictures, it takes a little while before they become sharp and before colors become vivid. unlike in the previous album versions where everything was instant. anyone else experiencing this?

Newer Walkman it's only for 4.2.3. Maybe niaboc79 wil port it or it be included in a update for his eXistenZ ROM

It's based on region.
the black one is modded and from the 2 at the bottom, the right is an older version. The most countrys have the left one.

I think it's either because Play Store is a system app or the modded apk does not match the signature of the original Play Store.

To quote the 2nd post here, Google is blocking a lot of apps of there's that have been themed. The signature may be another issue also. Best bet in that case would be to remove the play store from system/app and try to install the other one. I've had this issue on several roms

Deleted the 1st point.
Take a backup of your current playstore first.. Delete the play store.. Then using same file manger.. Copy the modded play store in system/app with permissions rw-r--r.. Then restart your device..

Yes you can do it via titanium..
Tap in the play store .. Scroll to r8 you will verify - backup - uninstall . it will remove as well as take backup .. Use es file explorer to set permissions..

Or someone could just upload whatever version they may have on there device. The play store/Google will then update to the newest version

This Thread is to keep all the Gorgeous People with Note 2 Updated on whatever we can collect from the Newly released Android "L". As we all know:
1. Android "L" is Awesome,
2. Samsung might not give further updates to our Note 2
3. There will be features, apps and ROMs as well ported to Note 2 as it is still a great phone,

I downloaded Android l bootanimation.zip and pushed it to system/media and set permission rw.r.r and reboot but still stock booting I'm on phantom v4
