Hi,
I was user of Galaxy Ace and i always used slim versions of roms, because they were faster and lighter than other roms.Slim series then stopped and i had to do it on my own,and i started to slim roms only for myself. So i thought to start slim roms series that would contain cm10.1,pac,aosp,aokp, and of course if devs give me permission to do it..
Give me your opinion on this idea, because it would be great project.

Well, actually i think that the stock rom is quite smooth and the performance is good too.
You could do it but then my wish is that you fix the battery bug.
Sent from my LG-P760 using xda app-developers app
Im sure if i slim stock rom and put some tweaks battery can be better.
Sent from my LG-P760 using xda app-developers app

I'm sure you can do it. Good luck!
I am waiting for the first version....

Tested on my note as well as my Transformer Prime and it seems to function pretty well. The video seems to lag pretty heavily but I'm unsure whether or not its because of the app or the content. I will test again later. Thanks for upping this. Just finished reading about xbmc development for android and bam there it is!

Works great on my CM9 Note. This will also be great for my TouchPad! XBMC is the best, have it running on my media center PC and it is a super smooth interface for audio and video. Having an Android port is awesome!
doesn't seem to work on g2x, but awesome anyways thank's a lot!

Works great. Installed on gnote and touchpad. Install alot of addons from xbmchub.com like navix, icefilms and others and everything's working pretty much like my PC version.

Yo peeps, I'm currently using Fluidity Rom... I just came across this thread which is eXperience Rom... Both are superbly awesome roms... But which should I use?? Fluidity or eXperience??? I have downloaded both of it and just waiting for opinions.... Thanks... And I'm not comparing their work... I know the devs has put so much of effort into building their Rom but I wanna know which is better....

the best thing to get feedback about custom ROM's are to go through the post in that respective thread........ and second is that each ROM's usage is completely different for different users...... So its better to check it out for yourself and leave your feedback and report bugs if any found(it really help devs).......
Thanks for your reply.....

Hey guys, can somebody please tell if the Pure™-Mods from the S5830-thread work for our device too?
Sent from my GT-S5830i using xda app-developers app
They will, but in my opinion I won't recommend it. Battery will drain faster. Try Fly-On or Adrenaline Engine.

Well I have tried it and battery has gone worse. And many ppl tried that script and got worse battery life too and don't recommend that script.

Im using the PurePerformance-Siri Edition and the PureGraphics HD mod since yesterday in the morning and i didn't charged my phone. I still have 18% battery, that means the battery life got better for me. And the perfomance is really better, playing games makes now more fun than before I am using the CyanMobileX rom with thunderkernel, maybe it's because of this

I have tried just about every rom there is at the minute but I cant seem to find one that doesn't sap my battery.
I don't even game or watch videos on it I literally just check the internet every now and then yet still I suffer 10% drops for Just using it for 5 or 10 mins at a time.
Could anyone advise me of a ROM without the whistles and bells but is all about battery power?
Thanks for any help,
Andy.

Settings then apps the go to all the scroll down till you see Google play services and click on it then disable it... Well basically you won't get any push notifications like twitter or snapchat but most apps won't need this but some do so it's not for all people but it saves a lot of ? ? ? ? ? ?

I tried CM11 Nightlies and NeatRom (based on SlimKat). Both are great at battery. Decided to stick with NeatRom because it seems more stable. I'm not using any custom kernel.
The thread states do not ask which rom or kernel is the best. This was a question about which rom has given people decent battery life, not which has the best features or tweaks etc which is obviously all subjective. So to recap, I am actually asking the opposite, not which rom is best, but which has lasting power. Features or no features.
