Here it is, Jelly Bean status bar is finally ported to our ICS devices
Porting was done by ThilinaC and Till-Kruspe. Don't forget to visit their thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1840583.
There you will find many versions of this port including:
--> with/without clear button
--> with/without clock in status bar
--> different position of clock (right/center)
and other version specially done on user requests so please read entire thread.
As there was (yet ) no versions with buttons under the toggles, so I made a work-around with theming. I bust my axx with this so press thanks if you like it
This version includes:
--> 14 toggles mod
--> 1% battery mod
--> buttons under the toggles providing with theming
--> added clear all button
--> 85% transparent notification panel
--> my theme icons

Note 1: it works for both locked and unlocked bootloader devices. You only need to have ROOT access! Testing was performed on 544 Xperia P ICS ROM.
Note 2: SystemUI.apk file sholud work on any ICS based ROM but don't forget to make backup first!!!

For first i will explain about it, so please don't confused with it.
1. Look at the screenshot-1, u will not see the toggle button. so if u want to see just slide on "Settings button icon to the left" and u will see the toggle button.
2. Look at the screenshot-2, u will not see the settings button. so if u want to see just slide on "The bottom of scroll bar on the toggle to the right" and u will bring back and see the settings button.
3. This mod using statusbar greper by dcsms(thanks and credits goes to him). Statusbar greper will allow u to change the icon of battery, signal, layout and etc u like on the fly (without reboot). If u want to change your stock statusbar to statusbar greper just slide from the battery and signal icon to the left side, after it u will see a statusbar greper and play it on Statusbar Greper config (include on the zip file). Before u do this, u must have Quickpic.apk (statusbar greper needed).

More Screenshot of original and blue mod :
Download :
1. SysteMIUI-Original
2. SysteMIUI-Blue
3. Collection of greper icon
How to :
1. Download the zip package you like.
2. Save on your sdcard.
3. Reboot to your recovery (CWM) and flash it.
READ ME!! :
1. Before you flash my systemui you must sign your ROM by dsixda kitchen.
2. If you have a force close systemui, check the logcat. if the logcat say "certificate mismatch" resign my systemui using zipsigner.apk (download from playstore).
3. If you want i made this for your rom, upload your systemui.apk and framework-res.apk then zip it and upload here.
4. I will update this thread if have a new mod of statusbar.
5. Donate or give me some beer if u like my work.
Thanks To :

Hey guys, while browsing through the Note II Themes and Apps section, I found this:
[Xposed Mod] XBatteries - Switch to a different Theme in a Snap
Now, this can change your battery icon very easily (as easy as just selecting the new icon and restarting SystemUI). No apktool needed, no reboot required. No device or firmware limitation
Requirements:
* Xposed Installer
* Root (obviously)
For those of you who don't know about Xposed, it is here
[FRAMEWORK ONLY!] Xposed - ROM modding without modifying APKs
I have personally tested it and can confirm it working well.
Enjoy And, this is not my work, I just posted the link to the original work here, so please press thanks for the guy who posted it originally.

My friend (who owns Note 2) when he was showing me SlimKat he said that ROM is awesome except for one thing - when he is using stylus android is using default cursor icon (which looks bad). I thought - why not create Xposed module which will replace default cursor with the cursor from stock rom. And here it is (screenshot was made on Samsung Galaxy Ace 2):

I'm pretty sure that's a pirated app. Certainly not an xposed plugin. It would help if someone can upload the plugin.
Thanks.
