As the name suggests it makes your device speedy. It allows you to quickly transform your slow and cluttered stock rom into a clean bloat free and adfree machine With the option to selectively remove the features you don't use as well as backs up your contacts, messages, dictionary and calendar. It is an all in one tool that can aid any Stock and CM rom user, all thanks to the amazing AROMA Installer.
Speedy Droid can do for you quite a lot of things to improve your phone!!
Some of it's amazing feautures are :
Removes Bloatware From Stock Rom! Eg: Sony's Unwanted Stuff.
Removes the unwanted features. Eg. Google stuff
Automatic as well as Manual Selection of Features Supported.
(Speedy Droid will remove only features that you don't want to use or don't use.)

Speedy Droid is very simple and the fastest way to delete unwanted stuff or junk from your device. All scripts in a unique AROMA installer, Speedy Droid will give you the option to remove junk as much as possible w/o making your ROM unstable.
The following are the two run types :
Super Mode
Custom Mode
You can select the features that you don't use in your phone and it will remove them for you. It takes less than 5 seconds to delete all the listed applications and files. No trash left behind as it would be if you delete files manually using Root Explorer. Smartly makes backup of removed apps as it comes with a backup and restore tool therefore you can always jump to a back stage.

How to use Speedy Droid on Xperia SP?
How to use Speedy Droid on Xperia SP?
Use of Speedy Droid is Fast and Simple
Copy it to your phone's SD Card.
Flash this zip via CWM.
AROMA Installer will launch and then, you can select the options you want.
Reboot and Done!!
It consists of the following Menu :
Run Speedy Cleaner :
consisting of two modes :
Super Mode : applies the default settings
Custom Mode: facilitates user to choose it's own options
Run Speedy Recovery :
consisting of two modes:
Super Mode: as explained above
Custom Mode : as eplained above
Speedy Backup and Restore :
includes the following :
account settings
message and connection profile
context and call log
calender
user dictionary
the above mentioned points can be backed up and restored.
Adfree Experience
consisting of two options:
Install : whether to install the Adfree experince mode
Uninstall : to go back to having ads in your applications
Log and History
includes the following :
Shows backup & restore history
Speedy Cleaner: Last removed apps and features history.
Speedy Recovery: Last restored apps and features history.
Speedy Backup: Last backup log.
Speedy Restore: Last store log.
the above mentioned history and log shows with date and time.
Backup Manager :
consisting of two options:
Delete apps backup directory
Delete database backup directory
Delete log n history directory

Absolutely amazing. very very nice app. :good: just a quick suggestion.
i'd like u to provide the user which media apps to choose for deletion.
for example if we choose media from the parent directory. we should be able to choose the apps individually.
as an example, i wanted to delete the Sony music app but not the album app.
Also, i want u to include stock google apps like galary and others in your apps list just as u included add free app.

Guys I think it because of drm just restore DrmDialogs and DrmProvider from /sdcard/SpeedyDroid/Apps/Junk and report back.

I use and the installation hangs on CWM, are .245 FW. error
