which ROM you have installed...for me when data connection is active on sim2 and when call arises internet gets disconnected and as soon as call disconnected internet connect automatically....
tell me you are on which ROM?

HI,
If you are using the stock ROM, them need to Visit service center for this issue.
Canvas HD charger has issue, It might damaged this functionality.
Try testing your device with factory boot.

Disable or Untick Prefer Data Connection Over Call Service in Engineering Mode...Then Restart your CHD..

Hello buddy he is on stock rom so there will no engineering mod on stock rom so your steps are not helpgul to him....don't take it otherway just telling you buddy
Its available on STOCK.

Hi
When I disable my phone's data access and after a few hours If i want to enable it,, I cant. No "E" sign shows over the status bar.
Every time when this happens to me I used to refresh my mobile network by enabling and disabling airplane mode.
I am Facing this problem from the first day when I bought my phone.....I am using Android 2.3.3 version v20c original LG official ROM with superuser only.
Please suggest..if someone has any suggestions ?
Can someone help me in this regard or its a network or a phone bug..?

This is a bug present in official GB.Airplane mode is only way to overcome this bug.

try to full the sim and put it back. also you can try to disable and then enable again via setting --> network, or something like that. have you ever considering maybe it's network fault not your 01.

He has 4.0.3 version installed about for a month, internet with 500 MB, i had never rooted him, so it's all original. Yesterday i stoped receiving and sending MMS, i don't know why because before yesterday everything was doing fine. If you know what's wrong please help me resolve this.

would suggest u to check the same with ur service provider, they might have changed some port r something, which in turn needs ur APN to be reconfigured

i checked with them and they don't understand a thing of this, belive me, they didn't even know the cellphone .. it is possible that equal phones one has the problem and the other not ? my boyfriend has one and he doesn't have this problem .

if ur boyfriend is also from Vodafonep then check ur MMS settings with that of his and see r there any diff in the same, if so then change it and see
ps - also try rebooting ur device once then wait for some time and check MMS is wrk'ng r not

Switch off remove battery take out the sims insert your favourite one put battery back switch on. Let's see if that is an improvement.

You have lost your imei while flashing. You need to restore IMEI to get it back to normal

you say it was working fine for two weeks before the phone went down.. can you add more details like what were you last doing before the phone went down and it's firmware details.. it could help

Try troubleshooting in factory boot mode if the problem persists then,
There is issue with sim tray.
Visit the service center they wont charge you more than 150 bucks and get the sim tray changed

Are you sure the IMEI on the phone by dialing *06# and the one on the box/back-panel is the same?

Go into engineering mode for mtk slide on screen to rite till u c
Location.. Click on reset gps.. Den load profile.. Go back... Click on ygps.. Information...
Click on hot warm n full... Den agps restart... Go in satellite.. B in open space for preferably on highway.... It will search for signal n vil connect in few min.... Dats it enjoy gps...

U don't hav to b online 24*7..
Just download epo data once for faster positioning... N turn on agps of ur device n connect..

I hav tried it on 2 devices one is mine canvas hd rooted with custom rom of canvas 4 installed on it n also on celkon 119q hd uprooted one with stock rom... N gps takes around 20sec to connect to d satellite.. If u r in open space..

2G network it too slow on my airtel sim not even able to receive whatsapp messages. It worked fine when I was on custom ROM(s). I even checked with my friends phone, the speed is great on them. I 'm on latest update B360 . 3G and Jio 4G is just working fine. Any idea what might be wrong?
P.S. : I have a job at hilly area where "only" 2G networkis available.

yes they're. Infact I created one manually with apn as "airtelgprs.com" as apn buit still the same issue.

Nothing wrong with signal strength. It's not even working even at my home in city. 3G is working fine though.

No why would I do that? I installed the fresh stock ROM (by pressing the power + vol+ and vol- button simultaneously. )

i dont think i would do anything since you did a three button install. i guess you could factory reset as a final option if no one else can fix it

i use 3g, 2g is too slow and i rarely have poor connection
Have you tried calling your operator? Might be a temporary problem with them.

In Dual SIM settings, make sure that Airtel SIM slot is not selected as 3G / 4G slot?
I'm not sure. Check once.
duple check ur access points or just delete then and request new ! and the other thing is that some operators already stoped supporting 2g , might ur sim card 3g/4G same as my country .
