Just bought this tablet for a really good price. I think it might be called a Flypad but not really sure.
Its a 10.1" tablet PC with quad core processor.
I attached a screen of the System Info.

not all the vendors of smartphone or tablet give an update for their own products, if you wanted a device which give an update, you should choose the branded vendor like Samsung or Sony

Hello,
I have a new tablet now (Toshiba Regza AT570) with Android 4.0.3 - it's possible to rooting this gadget? It has no branding.
Edit:
(Maybe in the outside of Japan is the tablet called as "Toshiba Excite 7.7")
Any idea, which tool I can use to root it?

Hi all,
I'm about to get an S3 pebble blue color...but I'm just wondering, is there going to be a 2GB RAM version with the quad core processor released globally or not? I don't want to buy it now and then get pissed off after a few months seeing it released. Any news or rumours about it??
Thanks.

There is no 2gb requirement.
The nexus 7 is the device JB is being released on and it has 1gb of ram.
Galaxy nexus 1gb.
Nexus S 512mb.
All getting JB.
Whoever started spreading that 2gb requirement bull**** (the verge) is retarded.

It's so awesome, 1,000,000 time better than the XTS. Good bye Sony VAIO :highfive:

As jumper has already said, the developer support for it is picking up, but additionally, reduced weight, very thin, HD screen, NFC, higher water resistant IP rating - the list kinda goes on...
Hello guys,
can you please recommend me an android box for approximately $100 (no more). What I would like is nice hardware and if possible some manufacturer updates and good community support.
Here are a few options I noticed:
geekbuying.com/item/T-R42-Quad-Core-Google-Android-4-2-2-RK3188-28nm-Cortex-A9-1-6-GHz-Mini-TV-BOX-HDMI-HDD-Player-2G-8G-BT-RJ45-External-Wifi-Antenna-with-IR-Remote-Controller-Black-317424.html" - T-R42 - $93
.geekbuying.com/item/NEO-X7-EU-Plug-TV-BOX-RK3188-2G-16G-BT-External-wifi-antenna-317282.html" - Neo7 - $138
cozyswan.com/test/cozyswan-2gb-ram-mk809iii-s400-rk3188-android-4-2-cortex-a9-quad-core-mini-pc.html" - MK809iii - $100
geekbuying.com/item/Tronsmart-MK908-Google-Android-4-1-Mini-PC-TV-Box-RK3188-Quad-Core-2G-8G-BT-Black-315155.html" - MK908 - $65
All of them seems to be with the Cortex A9 Rk3188 Quad Core CPU ,Quad Core Mali 400 GPU and 2GB DDR3 RAM, so I see no reason for the competely diffferent prices. Is there is something I am missing, if not I think the MK908 would be the best chose.
Still which one you think have the best community support? How about hardware, am I right?
Thanks
I've just ordered a MK908 with a free air remote. Surely you can't go wrong for AU$31!

Based on what? He's been selling other items cheap and consistently receiving good feedback. These are an old model now so it may be run out stock. I've ordered with pat later so there's no risk to me.

Is it version 1.0 or version 3.0? If it's version 3 then it's pretty much useless because version 3.0 has only one wifi antenna and it has the worst signal ever

Version 3.0 says "Dual wifi antenna too" but in reality it only has one and it's crappy
Damit. So how can you tell which version this is?
If your budget is truly $100 I recommend a Quadcore TV stick. If you search on YouTube for SomeCoolTech he has reviews on several different tv sticks. I personally use a Minix Neo G4 and a Neo X5 both are dual core and both run FABULOUS!!

I just took a chance and ordered that too. The seller has a lot of prices that are well below market rates, but maybe they are just trying for a quick turnaround. I guess we'll all find out soon.

Thank you. I've just bought one.. For that price it was hard to say not. A bit suspicious though, if this is true. Anyone of you received it yet?

Just wondering, if they are scammers and we pay with paypal. Do we get our money back?
This is on Ebay and can not validate if this is from Samsung for real or just a scam. Says the tablet is a 10.1 also..
Looks fake to me. I may be wrong but I don't think the 10.1 came in white. Also, notice how the box says "powered by Samsung processor". That doesn't mean it's the Samsung galaxy tab, just means that there's some Samsung hardware in there.

The 10.1 came in white (Mine is ayways), but this is definitely a fake.
Just look at the number of ports and their location on the tablet and you'll be sure its not P75XX. besides, an official product never has such a description on its box!

And Samsung don't release boxes with spelling/printing errors.... Look at photos "power ed" ??? Unless it's a guy called "ed" pedalling a bicycle driven generator to give "power"
And the camera is in the centre rear on 10.1 ....is it not??

hey thanks all for your input thought it might be too good to be true..

But I'm curious how this tab fare against the real one ?
Exynos quad core should have bump the benchmark score.

As I think we have established it is a fake, why on earth would you believe that it has an Exynos chip inside it, and who would be stupid enough to buy it so that they can test it???....
If it is a fake tab what makes you think it would have a top of the range chip in it which is already in short supply??...
The thing might even be completely empty
I know this has already been established, but the box is a dead giveaway that its fake...
