I am able to phone people and people are able to phone me...that is I and they hear the ring tones. But when I or other answer I cannot hear them and they can not hear me. I have full signal and I am able to send and recieve text messages and everything else, except this.
I formatted the phone (hard reset) and installed everything again, but it didn't help.
Can someone help me?
PS! Can this be caused be Skype which I installed some weeks ago. It to worked fine in the beginning, but it stopped working just before my phone did...

I can't send or receive SMS. When i try all i get is 'could not send' Also, i cant make calls and when someone tries phoning me they get told me phone is turned off.
Iv tried the simcard in different phones and it works fine in them.
I haven't flashed the phone or anything like that, iv also tried to re-install the firmware but that hasn't fixed the problem.
Any ideas?

Seems like hardware issue. Send for repairs.
hello, i have the last stock htc asian rom with ics, i dont know why but since some time ago when i move the ring to ignore incoming call anyway the call gets connected, does anyone know how to fix it? thank you!
Unless you wrote it wrong, you shouldn't be moving the ring. You must move the red symbol into the ring. Moving the ring up as you'd be unlocking your phone will answer the call.

I have the note 2. I am running stock but I rooted it using this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2118348
Everything seemed fine until I realized sometimes when I make calls the call goes through but I can't hear them. I hang up and call back and then I hear them. I know my calls went through because they asked what happened.
Has anyone experienced this issue or have any suggestions for me?

Data works on my phone and I can receive texts, i just can't send texts or make phone calls. I tried installing a new ROM to see if that was it, but it did not fix. It started while i was on the phone with someone yesterday out of nowhere and it still doesn't work.
Hmm, no calls.. That sounds more like a bigdaddy619 question.
You may want to RUU back to stock and see if it works. But I would wait for another opinion before doing that.

Hi all,
The problem really annoys and I have to install 3rd party app to help me highlight the missed calls. My CM1 never shows missed calls, it will label all coming missed calls as answered, but the connection time 00:00. Same as a call I hang up right before being forwarded to the voicemail
I have tried to clean many apps cache but no luck. The problem will be gone if I reboot the phone and "make no any phone call", if there is one outgoing call, the following missed calls will be mislabeled.
My unrooted CM1 has upgraded to 5.02 and while it's at 4.4, no this problem. Can anyone help me? I reckon this a software problem, it happens even I roll it back to the factory setting....
