[WIP][Rom] Flyme OS v1.0.5 | help required | Booting! - Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini

Original thread : forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2405873
Please read through, both our devices are ldpi so I am willing to port to the xperia x10 mini if you help in resizing

so far the lockscreen and power menu cause a reboot, I think its because they're meant for a xhdpi device and fails on our ldpi device.
The status bar doesn't show, again a size issue, and most of the aapps force close. however the launcher is fine and i hahaven't tried much else.
I really need everyone's help in resizing as this is the best looking rom I have ever sseen!
look at it ------> www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2012/07/meizuscreenmain1.jpg
I need the systemui.apk and framework.apk resizing first in order to navigate through most of the rom, after that I will release an alpha rom to the public

Thank

progress!

@jordfaz i went out the whole last night and just decompiled it yesterday and couldn't do anything more. Now i had a closer look at the different folders...
As you can see at the picture there are different densities for each folder. When i resize the pictures from
"drawable-en-hdpi" i tell the resizer tool that i want to convert it from HDPI to LDPI
if i want to resize the "drawable-land-xhdpi" i tell the tool that it should resize it from XHDPI to LDPI, right?
And one more question i dont have to resize the "drawable-nodpi" folder cause it scales automaticly to the screen size/pixels right?

EDIT: framework-res is resized it has been slimmed down from 9 to 6mb
its uploading right now on my gdrive
Click to collapse
More help would be appreciated and would move this project on faster, until then just wait for the first alpha soon

If you like this don't be an asshole and USE THE THANKS BUTTON!
For those who are wondering what launcher I'm using, I use Apex Launcher, based on the default ICS launcher. Give it a try because it is fast, smooth, free and customizable unlike stock Xperia which is slow after killing, beside the fact it has GPU acceleration it is not smooth.
To install (you need to have root):
Push the .apk files into system/app folder with rw-r-r permissions.
Or flash the zip file using CWM.
THANKS TO soumya_digi FOR THE FLASHABLE ZIP.
Here is the flashable zip : Download
Good work man. congratulations & thx
Nice Work.

looks like very cool instead of green 2.3.4 arc widgets.. Thanks for ur work.. Gonna download it.
I am looking for hotspot on/off widget. Can someone help? Been googling toolonoff.apk for ics (i'm on acronium ics) but can't find it. Thanks in advance.
Working great here! Thanks!

If you want more pictures of the other available colors see the credits below for the thread that has the pictures.
NOTE that this is not another thread for the live wallpaper, this is STATIC WALLPAPER. This is NOT live wallpaper application APK because thats useless as that drains phone resource like CPU and battery!
Requirement:
1. Rooted phone as it needs the /etc be writable
2. File copy utility to copy the wallpaper files to the folder. Example is "RootExplorer".
TO INSTALL:
The extracted files from the RAR archive should be extracted out to your phone folder:
/etc/customization/content/com/sonyericsson/wallpaperpicker/wallpapers
Then just browse available wallpapers and they are now together with the choices for stock wallpapers.

Funny! The attachment failed to attach but its fixed now. If you liked it just click thanks, and thanks to you too
I don't want to be a jerk, but I posted these wallpapers along with the rest of the wallpapers found on the Xperia S in this thread back in March. So this thread is kind of redundant, being that I already had them.
Again, I don't want you to feel bad, but there's no need for duplicate threads

sorry bro i didn't realize that. i was looking for this for long already, found a source elsewhere and just shared here on arc, didn't know something existed already. but hey thanks for your efforts too.

[TWRP] - Nexus Sea Dream

I was going to get a lot more complicated with burying the menuing system in more sub menus but decided it would be complete overkill and make a very easy to navigate menu structure more complicated than it needs to be. I still moved some things, and will be moving more. Also reverted to the bluehighway font instead of the default roboto
Feedback welcome..
Requirements:
TWRP Version 2.3.3.0
This will work with 2.4 but will lack any new menu features added in 2.4.. ie: If you're happy with your functionality as it is.. You can use it with 2.4..
A Nexus 10 (Believe me you never know)
Install:
Make a folder called "theme" inside your TWRP folder that should already be made at the root of your SDCard
Copy UI.zip into the theme folder
You're done
Uninstall:
Delete UI.zip
Version - 1.0 / 1.25.2013 / 1.36MB
To-do: Rearrange more of the menus to pull the buttons to the outer perimeter like on the main menu. Various other UI changes. A few more default images to replace.

Works great, looks nice. I don't know how much work goes into doing this, but a nexus theme would be stellar...
Looks great. Might I suggest putting your TWRP themes in one thread so they can be found easier by the masses?

[FIX][6.0.1][Xperia Devices] Signal/Battery Icon Gap Fix

Hey everyone! So again thanks to Android 6.0.1 we're stuck with the ugly gap between the mobile signal and the battery.
There is a fix thanks to @istux which was great, but it no longer works in 6.0.1
But don't fear! I have a new fix which is even easier than before!
Installation Instructions:
Download the flashable .zip from HERE
Go into recovery and install zip
Enjoy!
If you like to do things manually, you can do the following:
Decompile SystemUI.apk
Go to res/values/ and open the dimens.xml file
Find the below lines:
Code:
<dimen name="signal_cluster_battery_padding">7.0dip</dimen>
<dimen name="no_signal_cluster_battery_padding">3.0dip</dimen>
Replace their values with "0.0dip" (or whatever gap you prefer to use)
Recompile
Enjoy!
Anyone is free to use this fix in their ROMs, just make sure to give me proper credit for the fix!
Cheers!

Working perfectly, thanks!
Is there any way to get rid of that ugly signal icons that Sony made and put the AOPS one's instead?
Nice work
This completely Breaks my navbar and Statusbar. They both become red with ugly badly resized Status bar Icons. Input fields like the Unlock Code are hidden by an white Layer. Z3c MM .575
Did you do the mod or just just the zip? I tested both and the navbar shouldn't be affected at all or change the icon size.
Con you confirm the rom you are using and upload your systemui.apk for me to take a look?
