Thought this would be simple. Maybe Im missing something.
I take a Zoe capture. 20 frames and a 3 second video. I have no problem saving and sharing frame/stills from the capture. But I have no idea how to export the video as a whole.
Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think we can. I haven't tried it myself but I do believe I read it somewhere.
Uh after connect the phone to pc via usb , you should find the .mov file in the DCIM folder.

I use dropbox. Using file explorer [I use es] navigate to dcim folder and look for the mp4 files. Shorter ones are Zoe.

This is what i do. All mine are sideways though.
I used airdroid to move them over, but you can just copy and paste them over like you normally would with a USB stick or something. When you upload them back onto your device it will just look like 20 pictures and 1 mp4 file, however when restarting my phone it recognized the files and created the ZOE again.

I somehow lost the stock Nook "My Media" app. Can someone post up an apk so I don't have to reset in order to get it back?
Here you go...
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3770884/com.bn.nook.gallery.apk
be advised, Indirect has a much cooler setup than the default.

Thanks!!! Just what I was looking for.
Mind putting the APK up again? The link's dead...
I do prefer Indirect's set-up, but I can't access my screenshots through the 3D Gallery.

If you ever lose a system app again, you can do an "adb push" from your computer. Just download the firmware and unzip it and you will find the files you need. Getting the file posted can be easier but not having to wait for someone to respond can be quicker.

Related question... when I try to add an attachment to an email the "My Media" is the only option remotely close to being able to browse for a file - how do I replace it with (or simply add) a real file browser?
Also, where can I put a file so that it actually shows up in My Media???
Couldn't you just use ES Explorer or any file manager with root access and reinstall the gallery.apk located in "System\App"?
Or maybe I'm missing something.

Is that the Nook Gallery ("My Media") or the standard Android Gallery app?
I'm trying to replace the crappy and very limited Nook one...
Would I just install another gallery to replace the My Media?
EDIT: I just clicked on it and chose install, I guess it IS the "My Media". Have you used "My Media"? I want something like a regular browser that let's me attach files (when sending emails) other than just the pictures that come with the NT.... Also would like a gallery type browser in addition to the Root Browser I have installed...
With Enhanced Email, I can attach any type file from anywhere using Gallery, My Media, Quickoffice, sound recorder or any of my file managers.
help?

Sorry to be a noob, but where is the firmware zip?
I'd like to reinstall a couple of things I de-blated prematurely. Thanks for any help any of you have.
I'm using Infected Eternity sense 3.5 nightly build and my native screenshots do not appear in my album. When I press power+home it says it saves to a screenshot folder on my SD card. The files within that folder are all corrupted or say can't load image. So I think changing the directory to Camera Shots would work but I don't know. On previous roms it works perfectly fine. Help!

Your screen shots should save in your
"DCIM" folder.
#Root-Hack_Mod*Allways\
Well yeah thats my problem they save to a "screenshots" folder that it creates by it self when i Power+Home
If you wanna take screen shots another way that is easy and free is DDMS.bat in your tools folder where you installed SDK on your computer Does the job everytime...
I believe I know how. I'll have that exact answer in the morning. Well actually, yes you can, but I don't remember what edit was made. That, I will post in the morning/afternoon.

Ahhhhh! That stupid MTP mode is an utter pain, how hard would it have been for sony to implement mass storage!! I know it is available via root but I'm not willing to unlock my bootloader just yet.
Trying to copy photos by copying and pasting them using the crappy windows explorer within the phone menu, but after copying the process bar gets suck at 4% and doesn't do anything!
I have tried the importing photos option but it finds a whole load of album art which I don't want copied...
Can anyone help with the best way to copy them over?
cheeeeers
Adb plugin for Total Commander. Hadn't failed me once.

it happened to me once, i was copying some pictures from my pc to my xs, then it always stopped at 40% at the picture number xxx41, then i copied again everything except the picture number xxx41 and there you go, i think the phone detected it as a corrupted file or something, then later, at the end i just copied only that single picture and pasted it in my xs without a problem
Or just use the always faithful Droid explorer, works with no mucking around and has a few Android developer enhancements.

What I'm seeing is DCIM\
then \001 and \002 and so on with pictures randomly set in each folder. I believe it has to do with the bursting. I.e. folder \004 contains the fourth picture in the photo burst that was saved.
My concern is, this is going to make syncing my camera folder to my picasa folder nearly impossible with so many sub directories. I sync via Photosync by Akira S. on the market and the app doesn't support subfolder syncing.
Work around anyone?
Sent from my EVO using XDA
On further testing, it seems that subfolders such as \007 keep being made and each image is being named image001. Ugh....

Apparently, that fixes it. Sucks that I have to sacrifice a feature for another. I suppose if I wanted to use the burst, then I could cut/paste the file into the 100media folder like it should be.

I downloaded a full resolution image of the Mars landing site taken by Curiosity, but I think the file is too large for Android. When any app goes near the file it just crashes, that includes Gallery, Quick Pic, and Root Explorer.
I can mount USB to delete it, but before I do I was just wondering if anyone had an app capable of opening it. I really enjoy the zoom feature of Android for looking at pictures.

Whoops, I had to remove the active link because it would kill Chrome on my laptop too... You need to right-click and "save link as" to download it.
I know the image is stitched together, but in one piece it is equivalent to 321.1 Mega Pixels, and I can't find anything to open something that large!
Hi I will dl it in the morning and have a play on my PC but I can't imagine anything that will open it on our tablets.
Have you opened it on your PC and if so what with ?
I guess I'm going to have some fun in the morning.

Yup, windows photo viewer seems to be able to open it with about 20-30 seconds of loading. Windows live photo gallery, which is my default, cannot no matter how long you let it load for... now just to wait until the next picture to see if any of the "rocks" have moved! (Like on Apollo 18)
