I am wondering about the same thing!

It's called Cool Tool.

No it isnt. Cool tool shows the stats on the phone. The istat on a mac / ios is a remote viewing of other hardware. For example, my Netgear Readynas can send istat-data, butt I dont use any mac / ios products. Thats why I "need" a version for the android...

Finally! I found one that gives me the stat via istat from my ReadyNas to my android phone.

S4 and IMac

I just recently purchase an IMac and am just learning how to use it.
When I plug in the S4 to the IMac it gives tow options on the phone, I check transfer files because I want to drag and drop some songs onto the S4 but when I go to the IMac I do not see the phone showing up on it.
Any Ideas what I am doing wrong?
It was so simple on the PC before.
Thank you,
Steven

Download Android File Transfer. I'm a Mac user and this works for me. You can also try isyncr to get an iTunes like experience, although I don't use it myself. I have heard a lot of good things about it. Stay away from DoubleTwist, it only supports data transfer over WiFi because its not compatible with MTP file transferring. Kies sucks, in my experience, but may work or you too. I recomend making Kies your last option if you don't like the others.

Do I install Android file transfer onto computer or Phone? Will this allow me to drag and drop music onto the S4?

Android File Transfer to your Mac, it allows for drag and drop. However, if you have already installed Kies, you need to uninstall it before trying to use Android File Transfer. Kies blocks it.

Android File Transfer in my opinion it is lighter weight and simple drag and drop with easy folder navigation on the phone.

[Q] JavaScript on Huawei U8800 Pro

Hi,
Anybody know why I'm unable to run basic jQuery on my Huawei U8800 Pro's stock Android (2.3.5) browser? This simple testcase: produces "Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined". I've tested it on other devices (Samsung Galaxy S and S II) and seems to run it just fine there.
Matter of fact, I often experience sites crashing using this phone. For instance, the other day I wanted to install jsHybugger to try to debug what's going on, but crashed as well.
Thanks.

Hi,
How come JavaScript that works on Samsung Galaxy S (Android 2.2) and S II (Android 2.3) won't work on my Huawei U8800 Pro (Android 2.3.5)?
I'm not getting anything worth mentioning in about:debug, and my stock Android browser just crashes when trying to visit and install jshybugger (dot) com.
Thanks!
Note: Getting warning against this being a question when the forum category says "Coding Discussion, Q&A, and Educational Resources".

First of all, comment out the whole script (just to be sure it's something in there that's causing the issue). If that still doesn't work then post the script here. The most likely reason is different versions of browsers, which is device-dependent as well as OS version dependent.
Dear Archer,
Here's a simple testcase using basic jQuery: http :// jsbin . com / EdUfyio / 1 / produces "Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined". Works everywhere else except for my Huawei U8800 Pro.
Thank you.

Did you try the answer here...
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17595646/javascript-not-working-on-native-android-browser
I notice you've also asked the question on android central and stack overflow and had no luck so far, but it's obvious that jQuery is not loading. It does suggest an incompatibility with something in the jQuery library. Hopefully the debugger will give you more information.
Good luck

It's strange though since jQuery has no problem loading on all sorts of Android 2.2, 2.3 etc. emulations over at BrowserStack.

Well, I already used the debugger. And like I mentioned, the jsHybugger site just crashed. jsHybugger is not on Google Play either. I guess I could download it with my laptop and upload it somewhere temporary for download onto my Huawei.
Was really hoping somebody would know what's up though. Huawei hasn't responded to my enquiry.

Well, Iam not sure but you probably cannot edit the packets (I may be wrong) but is it called "sniffing" if you want to edit packets?
Don't know much !!

Wireless file sharing like the Compact 3?

Does anyone know if the C5 has similiar capabilities like the C3 to wirelessy show up in the windows explorer? So the phone just becomes a drive like when hooked up with USB but only wireless? This is a great feature on the C3 but i can't seem to find it on the 5.
Have you tried this?

Did you not have to set it up to do so? I know es explorer allows this but I've never heard of a native function allowing this.
