If it's not possible then how can I install ROMs that require an unlocked bootloader on a locked bootloader?
You can't flash a ROM designed for UB on a LB.

you need UB LB waiting for SONY
When I tried to install the ROM JB unofficial on mobile without being with UB it was dead.
But needed to perform the procedure to get UB finally use this exellent ROM.
u will need Unlock because we cant use the new drivers on locked Bl
wich makes it impossible to run.
offcourse it can be possible but not without sony

Dude, you can't. I'm not trying to be rude but face it, there's no way to unlock the bootloader if your phone isn't allowed to.
