This rom is optimize for game,so if u install apps like facebook the phone will have lags after a while
If u want facebook get into from browser,dont download apps that eat ram,u will lost the point

Try to update Superuser,When u finish with boot

Try daily reboot,i have auto reboot 30 minutes before i wake up,so everyday my XPlay is Freshed!!!--

why tweaked for doomkernel?
doomkernel is a little bit outdated and lupus 12.5 is faster than doomkernel and it has 600mg data too
for sure i will test it soon but i need my phone for daily use for a day

At first, some of the apps could not be downloaded or missing from the Play Store but after I reboot, it resolved the issue. I will report any other bugs I encountered. BTW, love the looks of this ROM especially the notification bar

Hello all XDA-developers, this is a IceCreamSandwich port for Xperia X8 that i and Kopbem37 have made.
This rom doesnt require any customkernel and we are going to try to port all missing features in Troufinous Ice Cream Sandwich rom for stockkernel.
It works on other kernels too, but the main reason for creating this rom was to provide a Ice Cream Sandwich rom for Stockusers
This rom is not recommended for daily use yet, but we are working to fix all the errors, if you want to contribute with a fix or something else please send me a personal message.

Try to run X8 Toolbox and install Dualrecovery and odex the rom
The rom is very slow

The 3D works bad and you will only get 627 points in antutu but we are working on a fix for 3d

We have been using modules from other roms suchs as Gingerbread roms and we have compiled some things with fxps drivers.
would be great if this worked on alfs....but gonna try it on stock when everything is fixed. plus if you have spare time you can try helping paul with his rom. here

this is not a ICS Beta rom, this is a final Port from the latest Xperia Neo ICS Firmware.

I also meant to ask what option must I choose to restore my apps in CWM. I really don't know. I think it's "Restore /data" But last time I did that, My phone hung

Make sure you flashed Gapps. Play Store downloads just fine.
Can not create .ftf by kernel.sin in LG 3.0 archive with "Bundle creation"

this...
This rom is not made by me, its by some portugese developer named galerinha, its been made of several ICS parts compiled to make this rom. I thought i'l upload it seeing as this rom has not been recognised in Xperia MDPI Roms, but if it has then cool. So all credit to The developer!
I have also added in my own personal tweaks which decrease lag and to increase game perfomance.

ROM install failed..
Hi,
I was bit interested with your ROM and tried to install it with Radeon v4 on my LWW. After following your all steps including wipe data/cache/dalvic.
But once i restart my phone i got the sony logo and just keep flashing there and not loading into the ROM. Please help?
I just tried with Rage Kernal and ROM is now working.. will keep posted on the performance.. Thanks

After rebooting your phone, all the apps which are on sd card will be disappeard from the app drawer . The solution is that go to settings --> apps --> all --> xperia launcher and click force stop button and ur problem is solved n no need to clear the data of the launcher..

i think its gonna be a problem..cause this rom is for kernel 3xx..
I think on my first port I did it had root, my only issues were WiFi and Bluetooth I believe

OMG..well..after 1 hour redoing all..i have all fixed..and updated to 3.3 version...root and all working..almost 95% done, but new sound libs to give power sound and touchpads to work still WIP..:good:

updater script...well now all fine..this rom rocks i tell you that much..im flying in this,and 200mb free ram.

sure im glad. for Sony stock likers this is a great rom..
Auto brightness dont work like in all cm10 based right?if its not work,there is a way to implant the Manuel brightness control(ui quickpanel) from your ics lite Rom?just an idea..love that feature.

you can use button for light on status bar..you have from DIM,25,50,75,100.,its not autobrightness but it does the trick..and for me personally i dont use autobrightness..not in GB,ICS or JB..i always use a app with profiles for different situations,GAME, DAY,NIGHT, SLEEP and PERFORMANCE for heavy games,GPS,or other things i may need at maximum power.

2 annoying things so far:
1.real racing 3 lags badly when I touch the screen to steer.. When I dont touch its smooth.
2.when I write like in the play store search,the text is white cant see what I am typing!any way to fix those problems?
Edit:asphalt 7 very good gaming performance even better then gb and ics.
In call speaker is kinda weak anyway to get it louder?
