my lcd broke. so i need a new one. but on ebay 54€ that way to much. because the touch screen with frame is 21€ only
would like to know if any one know where to buy a lcd for like 30-35€\$ what ever.

yeah they are now 47€ the cheapest. I found some on other sites but american. for 30$ and one 24€ but shipping 30€ so yeah. I will be using my lg optimus 2x. I dont want to spend 50€ on a new lcd for my lg l9. He isnt worth it. I would pay max 35€ for the lcd

I think I've searched all sites I know of but am still unable any that offer faceplates or complete housings for our Touch HD (yes, I'm one of those who have the issue with the coating of the faceplate)
Does anyone have a good reliable source which could have them yet?

for anyone reading this.. i think he means.. replacement housing for the phone.. the actual pieces from the phone.. NOT extra phone cases or covers..

probably not what you'll want to hear, but your probably not going to find anywhere other than htc for replacement housing, they'll keep those moulds well under raps.
then your faced with the warranty validity if you manage to source some parts. who's ur service provider, and i'm sure you'll get a warranty replacement due to your devices freezing up / locking all the time. contact them and moan!
i'm sure someone, somewhere will be able to replace due to its software faults!

I got my new case from Shenzhen (free of charge, but my Chinese partners had to pay for it here: http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/218220985/housing_for_HTC_touch_HD.html ), but I still haven't had time to visit a service center
i recently cracked my screen on my htc hero yet everything looks and works fine except for the crack?
is there anyway i can get a replacement on it or get it fixed? I know we are from different countries but any ideas?

You can buy full housings off eBay, dunno about just the screen... Either way, you would need to open up the whole thing yourself. Maybe HTC can do it for you, I don't know...

Don't know exactly for the hero, but when I broke my screen from my diamond
I found some repair centers on the internet. Picked one who actually had a shop
and got it fixed for 100,- (euro's)
Considering the screen costs 80,- that's not to expensive. I would be suprised if the hero wasn't fixable in that way
Hi, I have just cracked the digitizer and screen on my beloved Tmobile touch pro 2, anyone know of a place that supplies HTC parts for this model phone? I've replaced my HTC Wizard's screen a few times during it's service to me for 4 years so I would be entirely comfortable with performing this job myself.
your best bet is ebay but becafeful i hear there is a difference in the digitizers for different models

Try a search. There are several threads about this subject.
As for t-mobile housing I will suggest to get upper housing from http://eyworkshops.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=6780499 (someone try it out, i haven't order from them before.)
then http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT for the middle housing.

I don't recommend Eyworkshops, finally got a refund after a month waiting for my Tmobile Touch Pro 2 digitizer.
Still looking for a reputable dealer that has one with the top housing.
I sent mine into HTC. They replaced my digitizer for $113. I know it's a lot, but it's impossible to find them, so at least I have a working phone now!
A bit expensive but I might have to do that.
I found these but they cost $23 each with a minimum of 3. I need one if we can find 2 more people we can get em. Ship[ping will be free so if anyone is into it PM me and lets get these things.

ok well i found the LCD on ebay.. the digitizer is also available on ebay and cheaper then the LCD.
the search on part number directs me to all european and UK sites. Im in USA.
Now im looking for instruction to replace the LCD. anyone can help.

i just replaced both...once you open the tablet...you will see how to replace the lcd...its really easy..wayyyy easier than the digitizer
btw...ebay has some white digitizers too...i got myself one and it looks awesome.
and yes they can be bought separate
