Use search to find out... Theres a WHOLE thread devoted to it...
I just want to know what kind of things do I need to know to start building custom roms, or porting ICS to a device that doesnt officially has this version. Programming I need to know?, specific languages?. I own a Samsung Galaxy 551, and really like to help the development of custom roms. Thanks to the ones that answers my post.
I am also interested.
I guess you won't thank me for this

I cannot find working links to the 64bit version of the windows driver or to "Evo4GLTERoot.zip". http://downloadandroidrom.com and http://stockroms.net/ are both down.
Can anyone mirror the files on this page please?

I suggest you ask in that thread....
Can anyone help me to add a new device to utouch repo.
I am following https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/start/ubuntu-for-devices/porting-new-device/ and trying to add lge d800.
I am stuck at Add new device section.
Appreciate any help.
I guess that the best place to ask is the Ubuntu Phone mailing list, which you can subscribe to at launchpad.net/~ubuntu-phone.

What is exactly the problem? You can't run 'lunch device'? Please, be more specific.
Hey guy,
I was wondering if i could get some help. Android x86 now has a add-on that allows screen record. The problem is i don't now how to add it to a x86 iso. Here is the sourceforge page with the info.
https://sourceforge.net/p/android-x86/frameworks_av/ci/e98674686013e52681226694483d0f51995bfed1/
Can someone explain to me how to get this to work, or can they compile a x86 image with this in it already.
Thanks everyone
