Finally after several emails to micromax i got 4.2 update for my a116 near my locality (initially they asked me to travel 100kms from my home) at a service centre.
After getting my glossy a116 updated to 4.2 i want to root the phone. But as its micromax and very little amount of earthlings are proud owners of such a cheap phone so i couldnt get much developers or rooting info about the phone though xda has some rooting tutorial but all those are for 4.1.
Any idea any1 as how to root A116 having 4.2 stock rom?
Or just the A116 4.1 rooting tutorial will work?
and anyone rooted their A116 4.2 phone? or any problem in rooting A116 4.1?

Please help me with your expert suggestion.
I am currently using custom ROM Galaxy for my Micromax Canvas A110, since it has been long using this ROM now i want to change it!
I have found Stock Rom V1 and V2 - but is little confuse in terms of this two ROM. Please let me know which among the this 2 ROM is more Customizable, more flexible with very few limitations or no limitations.
I want to install such a ROM which will then allow me to install various other apps with no compatibility issues.
Please suggest, thanks!

It is possible just as long as you use the same base (ICS, JB..Ect..)

To baladhandayutham,
There is no available custom rom for the Micromax bolt a064 available in the market.
But how ever you can change your phones appearance to look like the android lollipop by some steps,
1. Your device must be Rooted
USE KINGROOT TO ROOT YOUR DEVICE.
2. Install the xposed frameworkon your phone.
I'll send the complete process if you want to know.

After you install Ur exposed framework
1. Install "Monster UI" from the framework. Search the ui in the search and you'll find it
2. Install "gravity bok [kk]" for tweeks like transparent statusbar and stuff try it and remember the changes made because Micromax phones are not trusted
3. Apply them from the framework and reboot Ur phone and it's done
4. Install "Xstana" for applying the kind of statusbar and virtual buttons you want
