REPORT BUGS IN THE DEVDB AND NOT HERE
First time installing CyanogenMod 10.1/10.2 to your ONE X+, or coming from another ROM:
- Read known issues ans FAQs
- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery
- Copy GApps and CM10.1/10.2 ZIPs to your SDCard
- Boot into HBOOT (hold Volume Down at boot)
- Flash the boot.img
- Fastboot flash boot boot.img
- Reboot into recovery via the bootloader menu
- Flash CM10.1/10.2 zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 10.1/10.2:
- Copy CM10.1/10.2 ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM10.1/CM10.2 zip from SDCard
- Reboot
Code:
CM10.1 NIGHTLIES BUGS
HDMI Does NOT work
Sometimes phone siginal can take up to a minute to show after a reboot\boot
Code:
CM10.2 NIGHTLIES BUGS

ahhh, okay, done!
Lloir, you said in the old thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=45324654&postcount=1234) that the audio stutter was fixed in 10.2, and if I understood correctly that you are also "porting" it back to the 10.1 branch. When can we expect a new build that has these fixes?
(Also, I'm currious, how does this fixing work? Is it tuning of the parameters in /sys/module/cpu_tegra/parameters/ and /sys/module/snd_soc_tlv320aic3008/parameters/, or more hardcore sourcecode changes? And if it is the parameters, what values did you put in?)
With todays nightly my phone doesnt boot, so I roll back to personal build

i think it is working now (in 10.1.3 RC2). I did a (somewhat dirty) fix to get rid of the audio stutter:
echo 760000 > /sys/module/cpu_tegra/parameters/suspend_cap_freq
echo 2000 > /sys/module/cpu_tegra/parameters/suspend_delay
echo 204000 > /sys/module/snd_soc_tlv320aic3008/parameters/audio_min_freq
(I'm using mortplayer for music, with the equalizer in the mortplayer app)
This probably isn't very good for battery life, but playing music is more important
just fixed the torch on 10.2 also cleaning up the rom itself. dialer is back on the home screen again, correct battery stats are setup and some other annoying things, once i have sorted out a few niggles, i'll upload the personal build again. Trying to get as much as i can get sorted before next week. As i won't be around and it will only be tom for a week or two
Version 2013-09-05 dirty flash only data, dalvik and cache.

Can we just clear cache and flash this if we are already running the other CyanogenMod 11 from the other thread? The one that is NOT nightly? Or will we have to wipe then flash?

Yes you should be able to flash the ROM then flash Gapps and flash SuperSU and get away with just wiping the cache.

Alright cool I'll give it a try, but will I have to flash Gapps if I've already got 4.4 Gapps? Cause I am running CyanogenMod 11 with Android 4.4, I just don't have this nightly updated version.

Yes, anytime you replace system applications you will want to flash Gapps and if you want root you'll want to flash SuperSU after you flash Gapps. So just flash the ROM, then flash Gapps, then flash SuperSU all back to back, wipe cache then reboot and enjoy!

As of this build it has the updates to the source from 11/23/2013 which is just one file change for something to do with OTG. Basically I want to keep updated asap and took on this task as a learning curve and eventually may release a ROM with extra features beyond CM 11 but right now its directly from the source.

Welcome to the CyanogenMod11 HTC One M7/GSM ROM Thread
Flash the ROM at your own risk. Neither the Developers nor XDA assume the guarantee
in case of data loss or damage to the Device! Note the warranty provisions of the Manufacturer.
Credits: CyanogenMod team and their developers/contributors for their work. Without them this ROM would not exist.
PA ( TKruzze ) for the GApps as well.
Many thanks to XDA for this great forum.
The device must be unlocked and using a custom recovery (TWRP or CWM are the most common).
You need a ROM update.zip and optional Gapps. Links to Gapps and ROM zips are found here.
First take a nandroid backup of your existing system.
The first time you flash the ROM or switch from another ROM base (e.g. AOKP, Omni, Sense, AOSPA),
do a full wipe via recovery and flash the ROM and optionally the GApps (if you want Play Store and other Google apps).
Reboot to System. The first boot will take a while as it generates the dalvik cache (dexopting)
RECOVERY:
IMPORTANT!
A recovery update beginning with the Nightly ROM 20140501 will be required!
Guidance & Instructions can be found here
The easiest way to flash recovery is to use Flashify from the Play Store

I believe @intervigil technically is as I was just posting on the CM10.2 thread.
Since we have a CM11 thread now, I wanted to ask if anyone is having Bluetooth crash when connecting to MAP/phone audio with a car handsfree system for instance. It pairs fine the first time but after connecting again, BT will force close repeatedly unless the phone audio profile is disabled. I wonder if it's due to CM using their own Bluedroid from qcom and it conflicting with the MAP that Google added in 4.4.

Not trying to be rude but if you are not the official maintainer for cyanogenmod then you should not be starting a thread about it, at least in either of the development sections. For now I'd say having one in the general section would be better. That's my opinion though, moderators can do whatever they think is best though

Basically there is no maintainer, as evidenced by the 'official' thread's subject still referencing 4.3.0 and no maintainer activity in that thread for months.
So we created a separate thread to track current cm11 4.4.2 issues.

Theres a 21/ build out
Mako based Candy5 build.
ROM
Download
candy5-Release.v1.0.1-20150216-geeb.zip
To flash I recommend using my TWRP 2.8.6 build.
1) If coming from Kitkat or earlier, wipe: system, data, and cache. If coming from an earlier build of Candy5, it might be safe to dirty flash.
2) Flash the Slim Gapps.
3) (Optional) Flash the latest supersu.zip. The ROM includes superuser, but some people prefer supersu
4) Boot and enjoy
AK Kernel:
Download
AK.500.geeb-aosp-11-27.zip
If you're going to use the AK kernel, I recommend flashing UKM and using the Synapse app for kernel settings.

I just pushed it to my github now that I know it works. These two commits:

https://github.com/brothaedhung/device_lge_geeb/commit/352eb9a37df35a16b7044a60181f8a332e485f20
It had to do with an AOSP update from earlier today that I hadn't merged to the device repo yet and me accidentally deleting a line when merging the 5.0 mako update.

Camera force closes.
I flashed all the files you provided according to the instructions and everything works except for the camera, I get a black screen then force closes. And there are 3 small bugs: one is on screen>advanced settings I press that option and it doesn't do anything, the other had something to do with the network settings but I forgot what was the problem, sorry. And the last one is that I can't activate the battery saver (maybe that's not a bug, I don't know.) But it's a great ROM overall

Ok, just dirty flashed 11/20 over 11/19. SD card, WiFi, NFC all appear to be working. I can't check mobile data/calling right now, though. Camera seems to be working fine on this one! (oddly enough, though, I can only activate Camera from my lockscreen because it doesn't show up in the app drawer, maybe I have it hidden) Only small thing, as mentioned above, is Settings > Display > Advanced Settings doesn't do anything. Not sure if this is only this ROM, or something related to CM12 in general. Battery saver, however, does seem to work for me.
Thanks again for the work, brothaedhung! This is already DD material for me. I'll test out the battery life over the next few days, and report back. Looking forward to more from you, particularly as the CM team implements more features.
Edit: One more minor thing. Even though I have Location Services turned off, the icon still appears in the status bar.
Rom fully working, but very fast buttery drained, i am repair from TB 20 apps, 1 reboot and my battery lasted for ~1h, deviec hot, i install Trickster mod uc to 384-1,1ghz(device laggy)

I have not can see the phone memory after repeated flashing(

Awesome work! I'm totally forking your device and vendor tree

OP for this thread has a cut/paste with Candy5 rather than Mokee.
Superb
Been using this for the past 10 hrs, everything seems to be great. :good:
Looking forward for 5.1
Flashed this am and good so far...the setup wizard was a little wonky but I got thru it eventually. Seems a bit laggy so I will try and tweak goverenor and gpu. @gimmeitorilltell, do all of your LP builds have the same kernel setup?

Yeah I had some issues with the setup also and yes I'm using the same kernel for all my builds. Also with the next Mokee build I will remove some of the apps.

It is rooted. You need to enable developer settings and enable it. Go to "settings/about phone" tap the "Build number" 7 times. Go back one page to find & open dev settings & enable root!
Thanks

Woww, 5.1 already ? lol, Thanks brother , I wanna report some bugs to you.
Play store isnt updating in background, some of the apps force closes. Im not sure if its me, I'll probably try it again with a different 5.1 gapps.
Connecting to the computer is an issue, its probably known.
Baseband: I see the baseband number but wont be able to verify because im not in Toronto, Canada, im in London England for 1 week.
Wifi: working
Keyboard: Working (finally) , (Used to be an issue when it randomly closes in 5.0 builds ).
But other than that everything seems to be working fine and smooth.
Great build brother.
EOS Mokee
I will no longer be maintaining this rom and my last posted build is just that! If anyone would like to take over this thread please contact me? I wanted as many 5.0 roms available for this device as possible. Now I'll concentrate on building better roms that I will support, and some new roms for this device as well.

This bricked my microwave!!!!, eta on a fixed build?! :silly:
Props on keeping the device alive this long, I remember hitting the bump of trying to keep to many builds going and not being able to concentrate on stability, it's always best to cut off some of the work load.

For those power users of you I will be putting builds into the testing folder on Android File Host the conditions of using these are:
You give me feedback
You give me logs
You give me complete and proper steps to reproduce an error
You clean flash these I WILL NOT accept logs for dirty flashes, none, zero, zilch, nada
SELINUX MUST BE ENFORCING
THESE BUILDS MAY/MAY NOT NUKE THE SDCARD AND SO FORTH YOU FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK (generally zero but covering my ass)
I WILL NOT BE HAND HOLDING!
NO GENERAL USER QUESTIONS IN THIS THREAD FOR THOSE GO TO THIS THREAD
I will bump this thread when a new testing is up
EXAMPLE TEMPLATE
Rom date
Bug/issue
Steps to reproduce
Adb log + dmesg/kmsg log
Anything else
DOWNLOAD
Changes that have been done, changed lots of the selinux policies. Device is actually in enforcing mode and no battery hacks.
Let me know if there's any issues with anything.
Logs I want are the following
/data/misc/audit/audit.log <--- adb shell su cp /data/misc/audit/audit.log /sdcard/audit.log
a logcat
and a dmesg
Ok guys, I've uploaded a seperate boot.img to flash with the testing rom.
GPS (device only wifi+data off) outdoors!
Stability of the device
Any other issues. USE THE Template above. Looking forward to the reports.
I won't accept Logs or bugs without the above boot.img being used.
Just flashed rom + the boot. First imp - Apps installing faster and much smoother then before... Will report back after few hours of good usage

A new build is uploading. This has a new ramdisk and so on. flash only if you feel brave.
Experimental.zip? I was about to flash the one that you've uploaded last night.

Don't worry about that one for the minute the experimental one can wait to be tested.
For those of that want to try the experimental builds, just post here and I'll pm the link. Too many people are downloading the test build without the boot.img >.< I can't trust people with the experimental which has it's own boot.img currently.
So far this ROM is the most snappiest 12.1...
Noticed:
Display on takes time when u get a call..
Very rare lag while u use two or more apps
Sent from my One X+
Same as mackhenri here. Flashed rom with separate boot.img. Feels a bit faster than previous build. Confirmed (again) that GPS working with only device.
If I run into an issue, will attach some logs.
Thanks again

Hi Lloir
I also want the new experimental build!
Thanks!!
I've been using the (cm-12.1-20150624-UNOFFICIAL-enrc2b) build and I didn't have any issues at all. If you need me to test some experimental build, send me a pm. And let me know if there's anything specific to test or something and I'll flash it right away!

Once my current build is done, you can test that.
Exp Rom + Boot.
Battery Life Excellent (never used any other rom with such good battery management)
More smoother then before.
More stable (Perfect - no freeze)
Camera + Gallery - snappier
Only issue is apps takes ages to install but not sure if its me only.
Edit: You have done magic

The app issue isn't really an "issue" it's due to the way I've set the rom up now. It will dex everything as they are installed, hence the snappier feel and super long initial boot
It's not as if storage is an issue on the device

Bluetooth tethering
Stability
