Ordered a 16 GB in the first 15 minutes, and it still shows pending.
This was the first response I got, yesterday:

I called in, and the representative blamed Nexus 4 sales for my slow order. What is going on? People have already received their tablets.. Is anyone else in this boat? I've never paid 15 bucks to ship anything before, and for such slow response it's really aggravating.
Anyone sharing my frustration?

I don't have a tracking number. I have a nice iPad waiting for me down at the local Walmart. I can walk in and buy one immediately.

Consider yourself lucky, mine still shows "pending". yeah, I don't know why they can't ship it to retail. My worst fear is that it's going to take a week and a half to get here, have horrible light bleed, and i'll have to send it back >_< If I could buy it at walmart, I would have it by now, and if it were defective I could take it back and swap it at will. Also, 15 dollars for shipping? And tax? There's no advantage to this online nonsense, only pitfalls.

Same boat here. I ordered the 13th about mid-day and nothing thus far. it's supposed to ship sometime tomorrow.

Same here. Still shows as pending with a shipping estimate of November 15th. Charge hasn't gone through on the credit card either. I didn't even order the 32gb, I ordered the 16, which is still available on the Play Store. This is ridiculous.
Ordered the 16GB within the first 30 minutes, got a shipping e-mail this morning at 3AM, shipped from Louisville, KY. Scheduled for Friday delivery.
ordered on tuesday evening.... still pending.lost my hope it would arrive this week...

This OP is intended for members to post where they order their phone from and for discussion related to the shipping once be device is released. I remember when the Nexus was launched last year it was a giant fiasco with Motorola shipping in waves while Google just did their own thing.

My wife didn't want it for hers because she isn't as rough one phones as I am.
While I've day-1 preordered the last several devices, I've never joined in the shipping waiting room.
I am excited for my 128GB Graphite to arrive, but fear the late Oct shipping window will take forever to arrive!

What size storage did you get?
Ordered my Nexus 6P in graphite with 32 GB storage at 12:25pm Central. My estimated delivery date is October 28-29 with two day shipping.

I thought of that too when I first saw the estimated dates (ordered a few minutes after they were first available for pre-order). I'm hoping that it happens again this time around! One can dream, anyway.
Anyone know if you can add the protection plan after purchase? I would think within 14 days or something.
Seems like a decent idea. If burn-in is an issue or obviously dropping it.
Anyhow, 64gig black. First week of Nov. Thought about the 128 but will save the cash for a Pixel tab.

Thought this would be a good thread. Seeing as everyone in the other thread just have 32 and 64GB devices. I ordered mine before the official link went up and its supposed to leave by the end of today. I'm supposed to get it between the 28-29th but I don't see that happening.

Ordered mine as soon as the links went live (about 10:22am PDT). Was supposed to leave warehouse today. Expected delivery window was Oct. 30-Nov. 03 (I went with free standard shipping). I see people getting emails from Google saying their orders won't arrive until Nov. 07-14, along with a $25 refund. I'm still waiting for that email. I guess I wouldn't mind $25 off.

Did you receive that message in an email? I haven't seen anything like that. I have spoken to a Customer Service Rep and they told me my 128 gb Graphite is due to ship Nov. 5th.

That would mean it would be delivered around Nov. 7th as that email says so thats likely when they plan on shipping

I got it today from [email protected] at 4:11pm pacific time. My phone was supposed to ship today. You'll probably get an email soonish, or on the 5th.
Google has over a month to get this crap together and they still couldn't do it. Cant even get a damn preorder right ffs... So disappointed right now

Great news! My 128GB is $25 cheaper now. Making it an even better deal. Yay!
I haven't received this email yet so we'll see. Why anyone would be in a rush for a pre ordered device is beyond me.

I hear you. I want the Frost one so I'm going to be waiting anyway.. Might as well get free money. I mean Nov 7-14 is already intersecting with my 5-9 current estimate.. Not that big a deal.
ordered 128gb aluminum on sept 30,with leaving warehouse date of Nov 2... I don't think it will ship before like with 32gb and 64gb. I'm just hopping it doesn't get delayed
I ordered mine on 10/2, aluminum. Did it through project fi with the financing. Expected window is 11/12-11/16. We will see when it gets closer...

You realize it was Huawei and not Google right? Google cant ship what they havent been given.
I ordered the Frost White color. Its in pending status with and ETA Nov 2 - 3. I hope it comes in before the 5th as I am leaving the states for a whole month. If i don't receive by the 4th , I will cancel it.

Then put Huawei into that sentence if you like. I really don't believe that Google did not have the ability to work with (or pressure) Huawei into delivering a smooth release.
I contacted Google Support after getting the email about the shipping delay, when they checked my order they said it was still shipping today... Why do they not give their CS Reps actual real information? Its so frustrating.

I hate to start another waiting room thread, but I stumbled across a few articles wherein Samsung commits to every preorder being delivered by 9/14. Here's one:

A different article stated that Samsung is doing this to deflate the upcoming I-Phone release. Anyone have any thoughts on this? With all the late september/early october shipping estimates that we got when we ordered (I ordered unlocked under the note 7 promo last week, got an October 1st shipping estimate), is it possible that they will all be delivered this week?
Dud I also got the Oct 1 date for the unlocked version, I would call Samsung if you can't wait.

Just a recent news story to provoke thoughtful discussion on a somewhat hot forum topic.
I don't know, doesn't seem to be any logic or reason behind Samsung shipping phones. Some people ordered last Friday and got the phones yesterday or today. Some like myself ordered on the 24th and still have nothing. Would like to believe it, but I will be surprised at this point If I get my phone this week. Samsung already failed to live up to its promises made to me, so I don't have much faith in them.

The $150 is only for preorders. That goes away on the 15th. That's the only reason that I did it that way.

Just a bit jealous of all of the people who already have them. I know that this is how BB does things, though. Is what it is, I guess.
Looks like this was fud as well. 14th is here, and I doubt mine will show up. I now hopefully will get it before October. The 150 dollars in now going on week 3 of watching other people get thier phones. Doesn't help that Samsung customer lack of service has mislead me time and time again.

PhoneArena has reported that pre-ordered Note 10+ deliveries are being pushed back by one week. I went to check Samsung web page and it's true. Only the black Note is still on schedule for 23rd. I'm hoping that this is simply a demand-supply situation and those of us who have made the early bird reservations will get the phones as promised on 23rd. My pre-order email confirmation says 23rd no updates from Samsung whatsoever.

This is for people that just pre-ordering at the moment. If you pre-ordered early as you mentioned, then you should be fine. I remember when I pre-ordered S10, the story was the same, but since I ordered early, it arrived 2 days prior to the promised date. If I remember the date correctly, it was March 8 when the phone would be delivered, but Samsung shipped it on Monday, March 4th and I got it on the 6th. I am hoping for the same story with Note 10, where Samsung would ship the phones on the 19th and I would get it by 21st
That's right, I remember the hype related to S10, I was ordering, canceling and reordering again. Went from S10+ to S10(returned, couldn't stand the fp sensor) and settled down w/ S10e, great phone - just little bit to small for reading ebooks. Ended up getting it very late because of that. They(marketing people) know how to make people go crazy
Mine still says Aug 23rd. Hoping for an earlier arrival! I've been tempted to call Samsung to see if they could switch my phone order for another color, but have been nervous about screwing anything up and it gets here late.

Even if you call, Samsung may not do it and will tell you to "cancel and reorder". I wanted to make a simple change to my S10 pre-order back in March, but the rep told me the above
I pre-ordered mine from T-Mobile, Aura Glow 256gb Note10+ right when pre-orders opened. Still says estimated shipping is Aug 23. BTW why isn't there a mega thread for US models like there are for UK, Canada, etc?
Such an "Apple" thing to do. Hold back stock, then report there is such demand that devices are delayed in shipping. UGH
As of right now (Aug 14th,2019) Sprint shows only one delay and that's the 512gb Aura Black version of the note 10 + so, here's to hoping
