[Q] Custom Kernel Help - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi.
So I can't post in the official thread since I do not have enough posts yet. My question is pertaining to the
GT-I9300-i9305 Resurrection Remix® v4.0.7 [01/09/13] PA.AOKP.CM (4.2.2) ROM, I need to know what the best custom kernel is for the i9300.
I am very new to all this so any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Here is the original thread for that ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1815285

Any aosp kernel, which can be found using the index thread in development section.
Try them all. There is no "best" which is why "best" threads are not allowed on xda

Closed, "best" rom threads are just too subjective to be constructive.

Some Questions....

Hi,
I have 2 questions:
1) What is/are the best Android 4.2.1 roms out there for GT-I9100?
2) Is it possible to get dualboot without Siyah or Dorimanx?
(I have Jeboo)
That's all for now....

Firstly we have a dedicated "questions" section so why post questions in a general section?
Second, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1612881
Third, did you even read the features of the kernels??? Obviously not.

[Q] Custom Kernels for Galaxy S2 I9100 ,running cm10.1 Nightly

I need custom kernel for my galaxy s2 i9100,running cm10.1(jb 4.2.). Please advice,since I couldnt find a link or a kernel.
The information you require is in the original development selection, in a sticky thread called Index of Kernels. How could you not find it?

Use siyah if you want overclocking and dualbooting if you want any other feature refer to Kernel index

The only kernel apart from the cm one that works on 10.1 is dorimanx
Why not let him/her just read the first reply? It's the most usefull answer in this case.

Read the posting rules, search before starting a new thread and questions go in the q&a thread, not general.
Samsung launcher and apps are only available in stock based firmware, so no you can't get 4.4 with any of this.

You need to take a look through the forum rules.
Search before you post.
Read before you post.
Take a look through the general section on guides how to root.
Look through the android development section for roms.
And look through original development for kernels
