11/1 added new build. also, dropbox link. https://www.dropbox.com/s/l6lvyort97gt4rs/aokp_dlx_jb-mr2_unofficial_2013-10-31.zip
10/5 uploaded new build to devdb. I saw some commits for SU so hopefully this will resolve the titanium backup SU problem. I haven't tested this so we'll see what happens.
Thanks to Chad, Invisiblek, crpalmer, and the CM and AOKP teams.

Downloading now. I'll let you know if I run into any problems.
EDIT: I posted a couple bugs in the bug section. Going back to 4.2.2 for now.

Much appreciated

Forgot to mention. Crpalmers latest cm kernel works with this so that may take care of the WiFi problem

The WiFi should be the same as what is in my kernel. The code in my recent test kernel was all merged into the mainline kernel.

Thanks. I'll test the WiFi some time today. Is anyone else seeing WiFi issues?
Edit: I did some testing and did notice some lower speeds when I ran some speedtests. I haven't ran cm or any other 4.3 roms so I can't say if this is a problem with all 4.3 roms. I'll flash cm or something else tonight and test it further.

You'll need LMT Launcher for pie controls or some other app that has controls like that, or enable the 3 dot menu buttons.

AOKP does not have the ability to remap the hardware buttons.

They are working on it though, judging from their Gerrit review

If anyone here just wants recents as menu i can do that for you. I can't do long press remaps though

I'd be interested in that. Would it work on the older release as well? I'm not running this 4.3 because of the parse error with TB...

TB throws up this error:
BusyBox works but the "su" command does not elevate to root. There's something wrong with your "su"binary and/or "superuser" app.
None of the other apps I've tried that require root have had any issue with superuser.
Here's that log:

Make sure that you didn't install, restore or have Google restore a Super User app. Look in Settings >> Apps >> All and make sure that you don't have anything installed for Super User.

I don't personally have the problem with TiBk. But mine specifically says that Nandroid manager is not compatible with the default SU on 4.3+. I did a fresh clean install on my phone because I was trying to help track down the issue with the kernel scripts.

In that case you need to change the gps satellite pool (I think that's what its called :s) to where you live. By default the device is set to the USA, but if you live elsewhere it is easy to change it. I'll post a link tomorrow when I find the post on changing it

[Q] Galaxy S3 I9300 got stuck/freezes

Hi everybody.
I got a problem with my S3 I9300.
The thing is that it is stuck/freezes very frequently during the day.
Sometimes it doesn't wake up from deep sleep (neither if I hit the home button nor the power on/off button) and sometimes it just reboots and I have to enter the SIM PIN.
I really have no clue what the hell is wrong - it worked like a charme until this thing started (about one week ago).
After I reboot the device it is working for ... I cannot say exactly. Hours? Minutes?
During the night it seems like there is no problem - because if it would freeze/reboot I would not hear my alarm
It is rooted and Cyanogenmod 10.1 is running on it (nightly build from the 28th of April).
Are there any logfiles on the system were I can take a look at or something like this? Something is happening and I want to find out what exactly and how to prevent it from happening.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

I've already "flashed"/updated to the newest Cyanogenmod release without success.
But I can give it a try with another ROM/Stock ROM.
Thanks so far.
Have you tried on Settings>Developer Options to disable all animations?
You can also try Greenify app (for rooted phones only) it's disables unnecessary processes.
And by the way don't forget to clean your cache (you can use Clean Master app for that)

Hi Simonna,
thanks - I'll give it a try.
I'll also test if the issue is still persistent with AOKP ROM. If it is, I will try the Stock ROM.
Many thanks so far.

Manuel
I flashed to the current AOKP ROM some days ago and I have to say it is running really smooth and stable. Just had one hang and this may has been caused by an app. Maybe something was wrong/faulty with the file system or something.
Furthermore thanks for the "Greenify"-App hint. This is app is brilliant!

[ROM][4.4.2][UNOFFICIAL]CyanogenMod Beta Nightly Builds

Unofficial CM11 port for Sprint Galaxy Note 3
Hi all,
I am here to post my build of CM11 for the Sprint Note 3!!!
I have been hard at work the last few days getting to work on this beast of a ROM. I will be updating this thread every day just like a nightly. I am here to possibly give hope that we can conquer any issues along the way. The CM team is awesome to be helping us with our phones so the best we can do is help as well. I will be posting a changelog for each and every build to show what the CM team and I have done to bring this masterpiece called kitkat into fruition
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please

Cm proximity issues

Anybody else have the same issue as I do? every cm, aosp, aokp, ge based ROM I use I have the same issue every time I make or receive a phone call I am unable to the wake the phone up I press the home button the power button and the phone doesn't wake. Even after the call has ended it takes a few tries to wake and unlock the phone. I know its not the proximity sensors since I don't have this issue in tw ROMs. Any help or suggestion's would be appreciated.

KT kernel helps...but in some cases like my own taking the backplate off and cleaning the sensor is the only way to fix...they get very dirty on this model for some reason...there are videos that show how to do this
