This has happen to me before and maybe u flash a rom that wasn't for VM and not ur lost ur apn and network. You have to manually input ur info now.

hi there guys, i am find it fustrating that the it shows the sms log in the call log , even if i do remove it from the option it shows back again. is there a wa to turn this feature forever, btw my device is rooted.
Check in sgs3 themes n apps. Pretty sure its there.

i cant seam to find it, have you done this your self and was it done by a theme it self?
please help i was using transparent proxy it worked fine with wifi i have tried every app in market but non of them worked with mobile data/3g please i am on 4.1.2 jelly bean my mobile galaxy s i9000
Did u use it with tor app?they work good with each other..
There is also hotspot shield
Droid vpn and one click vpn also good but do not work with jb roms i think

Im from uae here u may not see most of these apps in google market because they are blocked

Bought an Xperia U american version for my gf. its not rooted, bootloader still locked. fresh out the box on 2.3.7 and i installed Skype on it. she's having problems making and recieving calls. she cant even call the skype echo test contact. always says call failed. same if i call her. she can recieve IMs on skype but when she tries to send one, it stays on "Pending"
anyone having this kind of problem? should i try to update to ICS? or could it be a problem with her internet connection? cause she has less than a 1mbps connection. anyone have advice?
Try Internet with 3g and other carriers. If it works then it's the problem of the sim. Try the sim in your phone to see if the problem is in the phone.

any reason you would suggest it being the sim? as the problem has been over wifi

Don't update the os.
The new updates are very laggy and buggy. Give it to the service centre or the shop where you bought it from.

Again for anybody having stupid thoughts: WA is transmitting encypted data only since years now, no chance to read chats with an outdated sniffer anymore. Go build your own sniffer and watch the encrypted meta junk you'll see. Enjoy.^^
