Trying to get USB OTG to work, Have read into it as much as I can and it just doesn't seem to be working?
Could it be my ROM/Kernel That is to blame?
Currently using
Android 4.2.2
Cyanogenmod 10.1 INFECTED
Dorimanx Kernal
Try a different cable first.

im already on stock kernel
anyone????
Try unlocking bootloader..

If it's not a kernel issue, then it probably needs extra power to run, try plugging it through a powered USB hub, see if that works.

You realised our phone do not support usb 2.0 port?
Therefore, use a usb otg cable. It should work

Maybe it doesn't work with cm, but I'm not sure. It.works with no problems with stock ics for me, so S supports it. It maybe it's hardware fault? Check.with other cable, or check cable by trying.to use it with another phone it could be just a broken cable

So maybe try to.flash stock based Rom like sspeed and try then? if it wouldn't work, it must be something with your phone's hardware hardware.

no, usb host support is dependent on the kernel and currently the kernel does not support that. usb host is most likely the last thing the dev's will worry about. Stability comes first.
Hi my friends is wondering if you can add a Usb extension on the book tablet.

USB extension for?...
Android itself supports USB hardware (such as mice and keyboard if you're referring to that.) But stock ROM and other custom ROMs for the Nook Tablet do not support it. In other words, no.

OK. Well the kernel for android supports it. But I know the stock ROM doesn't support it. I'm not sure if there are any custom roms out there who's kernel supports USB keyboards.
