M a N00b i admit , well i jst want to know how to make a nandroid backup...with simple step, even i heard after making back up the phone goose back to factory default .?
Make a custom recovery first. Then nandroid backup it.Basically a nandroid backup is like saving your 'gameplay'. Its just for backup purpose before you flash another ROM.
Custom ROM instructions:
http://androidforums.com/getitnowma...ry-optimus-one-p500-thunderg.html#post1896517
so to make a backup i hav to download all those file & than go in recovery mood & than make a backup?
install custom recovery
load custom recovery
run a nandroid backup.
the backup will be stored on your sd card

Well i have run nandroid back up and they are in my sd card. and if i want to flash my phone, i will have to wipe my sd card. won't that delete nandroid folder from the card?
Guys I also want to ask following:
1. I am on void delta. Before installing void, I had rooted my phone and installed custom recovery and thereafter I made a simple nandroid backup(without android secure or ext. Now, if i restore that nandroid backup, will I still have the custom recovery?
2. I have void with 784 mb partition on sd for apps. And I have about 298 apps installed (almost used 90% of ext partition).
Can I make a complete nandroid backup of system, data and ext? And will it be restorable? Kindly answer both the questions.
Thanks to all you great people.

Sure it will. That's why you should backup everything from the SD to your computer before partitioning it.

1. Yes.
2. If you have enough free space on the FAT partition of the SD I don't see why it shouldn't be possible. Although some people reported problems when trying to restore a NAND backup. Haven't tried it myself yet, so this is just hearsay.

Just on the sd card. not in any folder of sd.
I'm running icScrewed with the stock siyah kernel but when I try and get some cwm restore or backups going, it seems as if it can't mount /sdcard. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using the internal sdcard option? sometimes for me in flipflops I can use the normal sdcard option to access the internal sdcard and sometimes I have to use the internal sdcard options. I don't have an external card yet but over all I haven't had an issue mounting least the internal one in cwr.
me too
just flashed to ICScrewd and now I can't access my nandroid backups. CWM does read the contents of /sdcard when you selected "internal" sd but that's not useful for restoring nandroid backup....
edit: didn't see the "restore from internal sdcard".... duh

No need to mount. Simply choose "install zip" in cwm.

Can you please be more specific? What's your phone condition right now and what steps do you follow?.
When you do a super wipe you lose everything on your internal sd card. You need to have a rom ready to install via cwm on your EXTERNAL sd card. If you haven't take your external card out and load a rom via your pc onto the external sdcard. Then via CWM load rom from your external sd card.

Forget about Super Wipe, it's not needed unless your cards are just that messed.
Odin a stock rom from Sammobile
Format the External SD Card from the phone!
CF-Root it / CWM + SuperSU
Go to recovery, flash the ROM
Wipe in recovery all data + cache + dalvik
Stay safe and backup EFS

TWRP recovery won't see the internal storage on my phone anymore. It did, then I flashed TrickDroid and chose the "wipe" option, and now it won't. I've flashed CWM and that works, but TWRP won't, which sucks, because I only have a backup in TWRP and I haven't found a way to restore in CWM from a TWRP backup.

Y u NO;
Mount the SD Card. It is under Systems or Storage in TWRP.
or (if that doesn't work)
Navigate to /data/media
or (if that doesn't work)
Look right above the swipe to confirm tab. You'll see external and internal options.

Hold your horses, Cocky McCockerson. I did navigate to /data/media, but TWRP still won't let me recover. And there are no internal/external options because it's an HTC One, which has no external memory, only internal.
EDIT: Also the SD card doesn't "mount"
EDIT 2: Thank you for trying though.
I think this will help you!
Go here and read this article its covers the problem.
How is the ONE by the way. Do you think its cooler than the S4?
