Its always on 2G, even at Mobileuncle Tools, 3G options still cant
and how to repartition internal memory?
its only 500mb meanwhile 2GB useless

Useless it always return to GSM only
should i change rom / kernel? or replace modem.img?

you cant put anything but the chinease version or you WILL PERMANENTLY BRICK your device as it will corrupt the boot loader.
You will have to make something yourself or find someone with the same phone and do a rom export (google it)
have you been in the service menu and seen if it works and also can i have a model as it could be down to the bands in your country.
what country are you from as your phone only has the 2100mhz band

This website has the bands so find your country and it might not be supported as cheaper phones don't need to have all the 3g band's

i went to mobile uncle tools - bandmode
GSM mode (all selectable)
EGSM900, DCS1800, PCS1900 GSM850
Meanwhile
All UMTS mode is colored gray, cant select it
WCDMA-IMT-2000, WCDMA-PCS-1900, WCDMA-DCS-1800, WCDM-AWS-1700, WCDMA-CLR-850, WCDMA-800, WCDMA-IMT-E-2600, WCDMA-GSM-900,WCDMA-1800, WCDMA-1700 (all cant select)
i've check my Friend Note 2 Clone(MT6575 (SMDK4x12 is Fake!) model GT-7100),
its able to connect 3G coz it able to select
WCDMA-IMT-2000, WCDMA-CLR-850, WCDMA-800, WCDMA-GSM-900
Im in Indonesia btw
I’ve tried SPF using another S4 Clone rom, but always stuck on scatter files
“Access violation at address 0FA910A0 in module ‘FLASHTOOLLIB.DLL’. Read of address 00000000.”
When I use my own scatter files. After SPF process, its wont booting
My lcd is glowing but nothing happen
any idea?

Do not go for Repartitioning Internal Memoryas few 100 MBs won't do you any good.
better to swap internal user memory with the External SD if your phone support one but you won't be able to run applications with high resource requirements eg. Asphalt 8 or GTA, etc.
