Are their any pictures of the new Nexus 10 2013 version floating around anywhere by chance?
I haven't seen any nor have I heard anything leak wise or speculative on it.

Which to me indicates that the Nexus 10 2 will not be coming out anytime soon, or rather this month anyway. I bet the Nexus 5 is launched in the next few days, but the 10 I'm sure is at least a month off. Usually before something comes out, you get some sort of pictures etc of what it may look like a week or so before it comes out. But in the case of the Nexus 10 2, their has been zero pictures of any kind posted or leaked.
Yeah. I just hope Samsung is making it. But I've heard rumors that Asus is.

While I echo your sentiment, the evidence is stacked heavily for an ASUS build.

Yeah it sucks if they are. But honestly I probably won't get it unless it has at least 64 gb of storage and a better screen. I'm perfectly content with the current Nexus 10. It does everything I need it to perfectly. More storage space would be cool, but I don't really need it with my otg.

It would be cool if something could get released without months of leaks. It's more fun on Christmas not knowing what you're getting.

This is likely a false render, look carefully at the position of the front facing camera. It is on the side like phones or some small tablets. Also why would a 10" tablet be shown in portrait mode when that size is almost always used in landscape?
Also it looks like it isn't 16:10 screen ratio... Fake

Thanks baroy. I wish tiny was a littler smaller myself. I would prefer the normal to be about that size.

I am using https://market.android.com/details?id=com.wemobs.android.lcdresolution with dpi set to 280..seems to work OK except few apps
I had an Epic Touch 4G on Sprint before switching to ATT for the Galaxy Note. I may actually return the Note and keep the GS2 as it seems faster and the screen in my opinion is sharper. No LTE in Seattle either so Sprint 4G speeds are actually faster than HSPA+. I'm not sure yet but the one thing I do like about the Note over the GS2 is the awesome calendar widget.

I've just backed the project and the creators have told me and posted a video showing that it will work for the TFP it also works with form fitting cases so hopefully http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1580468will be done by then. I apologize for the tease without any date. However, I am currently working with a company on the tooling. What with my Gandpa's funeral last week and other personal matters this weekend, it's been slower coming than I want as well.
Rest assured that once I get the process down, making cases for future tablets will be a MUCH quicker process.

So, there are pics now showing something the OP calls Nexus X. I'm not trying to do a full blown analysis here, at least not before I check with my sources, but it doesn't look obviously Photoshopped (at least, not that obviously) and it's quite similar to the Xperia T, which already got some really nice open source support with most of the CodeAurora stuff suddenly working out of the box. So, let the hype begin.

I think this has to be the best display I have seen on a phone. My One X is a beautiful display but it is too saturated especially in the reds. It makes peoples faces appear way too rosy. I am surprised by how tinted the Nexus screen is though. That is WAAAY to warm! What's really crazy is how much a difference in visible screen is present with the lack of on screen buttons. It's even more sad is that the phones are basically the same size so there is no rhyme or reason to use on screen buttons especially with how our capacitive buttons completely blend in.
Wow I know I shouldn't be bumping old threads, but this really puts the whole NAVBAR debate down the drain for me. I like having the option of having the on-screen keys, but looking at a phone the same screen size and seeing how much is actually cut off with on-screen buttons just seals the deal for me. Long live the OG!
Yeah, I was using the nav bar on my OG for a while, but missed that extra bit of screen area, so I switched back. Not a big fan of the placement of the two outside capacitive buttons on the OG either though. The LMT Launcher app is a godsend.
Wow. There is definitely a major difference there. LMT launcher makes it all the more tempting to do the N4 conversion, though. Basically makes the OG a BETTER N4. LOL

The history log on battery monitor widget pro reports the tablet as drawing quite a bit more power when in screen off standby compared to 4.3. It used to be less than -10mA. Now, it can be up to -300mA, but slowly declining after that to -81mA. I'm not sure if it's really drawing that much more power, or there's something about the way the data is collected that is skewing the results. I'm not noticing a significant difference in the power draw as reported on battery monitor widget pro for screen on usage though.
Sound's like I might be keeping 4.3 then...

I've noticed better colors.
Or maybe just a better behave of the light sensor (I'm pretty sure about that... finally!)
Less homescreen redraws, I used to hate that thing.
No hard reboots so far, but it's only half a day...
And yes, new settings layout really sucks, I hope Google fix that soon.
Some disappointing reports here and the lack of transparent navbar and not ART piss me off. I'm a big Google fan and love Android but must say Android updates/releases have become a bit boring. It's seems innovation in Android has slowed to a crawl. I sure hope it's just temporary with all the changes in the Android team and they get back on track soon...
