i need help in unlocking a sprint flash ZTE N9500 so i can change it over to T-Mobile. can someone help me
You won't have much luck with this, a CDMA phone won't easily convert to working on a gsm network with a removable sim, lots of a hardware and firmware modding would be needed

Edit: Doesn't make sense according to person below me but I did my research and that is what I found.
That doesn't even begin to make any sense.
It's carrier locked.
Here in the US you can flash a Razr or other CDMA phone to work with a different carrier.
The new carrier must have the information to update all the tower tables and such. They must also add the MEID/ESN to their database.
Here in the US you can take a Sprint or Verizon branded phone and use it on Metro PCS.
I may go to mexico and I want to get rid of my tbolt, and in Mexico there's a cdma carrier called iusacell.. do I need to unlock the phone (as any gsm phone) so people can activate it in Mexico?
Will they need the sim card?

Talk about a network downgrade.....
Well, flash the latest global RUU and stick the sim in and it should work.
Virgin mobile doesn't use a SIM. you gotta change the ESN , PRL, ETC. I just want to know if anyone has tried and succeded

Hi guys i bought a tablet in my country Panama which seems to be fine since i liked its specifications. Here's my problem i wanted to use 3G but since the frequency is not compatible with the ones in my country i cant just got EDGE. I have read in some forums that is possible to change the base band from europe/asia version 900/2100 to american one and 3G will work. I have found also people who were able to do same process on samsungs phones with european versions. They said if somebody has a table like mine needs to be sure about the tablet processor, model and version for base band. But im not sure which one i should flash on my and which method to use. I wanna know if is there any way i can do that changing the base band? So i can use 3G with 850/1900 frequency or maybe a custom rom that includes the american base band. I also need to be sure if changing the base band to an american one will allow me to use 3G in my country. I run Android 4.1.1 the model is MTK3G. Thanks in advance. Hope someone can help me out. I will post my tablet's specifications pics

I have mine flashed to Cricket, but only because I have an older CDMA number that I have been sitting on for years. AT&T just bought Cricket in May, so they are in the process of converting from the CDMA network to the GSM network. So that means all new Cricket activations have to be new GSM numbers and they are no longer activating new MDN's on the old CDMA network. With that said, I believe there might be a way to unlock this device for GSM use. I've seen threads about it. I'd recon all you'd need is the new Cricket APN settings to manually program for data, and I'm sure you can get a hold of that easily. I will have to eventually convert over to their new GSM network too, so I have been thinking about unlocking it using the methods in another thread. If I decide to do so within the next week I'll let you know how it turned out.

Yes u can Unlock it for any GSM carrier and get HSP+ or you can flash(manually reprogram CDMA devices) to any CDMA carrier such as Pageplus Boost Mobile or even old MetroPCS CDMA network..the GSM unlock is the easiest if ur not a custom to flashing devices[emoji4]
Can you help me do it
