I'd like to pick up a Samsung official flip wallet for my Note 3. I can't find anywhere to buy it. One site lists it in all colors but says ships in 1-2 weeks. It surprised me that the S-view cover can be found all over my city but the flip wallet is nowhere to be found.
Try an AT&T store. They are available for $65.

Is it true that you can't use your credit card with the flip case? I heard the magnetic strip isn't good for the phone (or credit card).
Are there any other flip cases that have more than one pocket for multiple cards? That would be really awesome if there were

Thank you but you are talking about the S-view cover. I'm looking for the flip wallet, a different product.

I ordered a silicone gel rubber case from eBay seller case_ology yesterday, & awoke this morning to find a message from them. The message explained that the case I'd bought had been a part of a shipment that had been mislabeled by the manufacturer, & were in fact cases for the Sprint version. Sounds familiar, right? Well, the seller, instead of just sending me a Sprint case, offered an immediate refund, or that I could wait until the correct cases arrived early next week.
I was just impressed with the professionalism & thought I'd pass on the info.
Any chance there's any in white? Kinda tired of having a dark phone when my jackets and purses are dark toned and I can't find it.

..what? They're the same damn phone. The only difference is the size of the camera lens assembly, apparently the 13mp camera isn't flush with the body. Or does the LS970 case not have a cutout for the SD/SIM sockets on the left side? .. and why would you WANT one?
I've had the E970 and E971 in my hands side-by-side, that's the only external difference between those two.
No, they are not the same phone. The Sprint version is longer and rounded corners while the AT&T version is wider and has squared corners. And Sprint does not have a SIM/SD card slot. Calm your rampage and do research lol.

Yeah - The AT&T version must be an AT&T exclusive. The Sprint version is the same as the international one externally from what I see. So I guess we're very much a niche market unless LG releases the E970 version internationally also. Or, to put it another way, we're probably going to be waiting a bit for some more case love.
All I want is a silicone case. ): boo for at&t wanting to be different.

Its a good thing as you get MicroSD card or you would of had none.
SD card actually isn't important to me considering 16gb internal.
I'm not even using the SD card yet and I've only used 2 of the internal.

There was placeholder on their website last week but it was poofed. I'm hoping something is announced next week. I'm too clumsy to wory about cute :fingers-crossed:
My point exactly it looks legit and if that is the design I hope and pray that it is like that to keep dust from under screen like the note 2 case was horrible for doing. I just bought two note 3 phones as well as I still have two note 2 phones.

Thank you sir I think it is quite ridiculous how for our preferred choice of device maker is rather pushed to the side but then again Samsung isn't like apple being that they make devices differently from each model. Instead of waiting half a decade

you're right, a pouch. they still make some great looking stuff
I asked Trim Leather about a case way back in early September, I had specifically asked him about a one off wallet case and he said they would be offering products for the Samsung Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3 and possibly others.
I got an updated email from him a couple of days ago. They ran into a structural design issue they are working out. The S-Pen slot has caused the delay so he was expecting something to be available for us to see later this month, hopefully sooner.
Any news?:fingers-crossed:
This is a fantastic looking case. I would be in the market for this if/when it goes live

Why do they need an S-pen slot for a pouch style case ... don't you have to remove the phone from pouch to use it anyway?
Sent from my SM-N900V using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
they look great except for the large hand threads.. that looks terrible.
I would totally buy one if they just machine stitched them with much finer thread.
But its what YOU the consumer likes
If you look the pouch is the note 1 the note 3 is in a snap on case
Im getting one for sure!

It's a case, the people posting saying its a pouch posted in early October - before they released the image of the case.
Suspect that will be a fairly heavy case.

Have you received your case yet? If so it would be great if you could post pictures and your impression of the fit. I'm looking to order one but I'd love the first hand experience of someone who owns one.

Doesn't look like it's designed to fit any other micro USB 3.0 B cables than Samsung's particularly small one.

Can this thing hold two cards? I had one for my SII that was a "single card" but I could fit two in with some light modification.

Please provide a review with pics if you can. I am interested but would like to know more about it. Thanks.
Check Amazon
Look for this item in Amazon. I love it and also ditched my wallet. It has 2 slots for whatever card you have and then a 3rd, much larger slot for extra cards or cash. For $9 bucks, you can't beat it! The material is great! It's a little stiff at first but now its a soft comfortable feel. Great product, i'm thinking of ordering a second one for a back up.

I searched and didn't see anything specific to this: I got a Platinum leather flip case with a window. Is there some way to "activate" it? Or should it automatically work? Because it doesn't. Now, I know Kit Kat has some issues in that department, and I am on the latest firmware.

Last I heard the Note 3 on kitkat, Samsung had blocked 3rd party accessories like flip cases. I believe there is a work around somewhere if you do some searching.
Thanks!

apparently your rock Platinum leather flip case does not support s-view feature, you have 3 options.
1 use the sensors and app to have limited use of the s view sleep feature only.
2 just attach a s view ic to the note 3 connectors, and you should get the feature.
3 use a nillkin qi/s view receiver for both qi wireless charging and s view windows feature.
I need to look up option 3. This might give me the ability to get rid of the bump on my Seidio sview case. Thanks!
