Does anyone have a version of the stock camera app for the HTC One Google Play Edition that I can flash, meaning no apk.
I have the ATT HTC One and I followed these instructions to make it the Google Play Edition http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358781
Then I wanted to get the HTC Sense camera app, so I tried this http://forums.usofttech.com/t94444.html only to find it didn't work. So I tried the recovery option on there, still no help.
If I flash the stock camera will that fix it? And is it possible to get a version of the camera that I can flash through the recovery?

Today on DroidLife Blog, they released a hacked apk for videos, previously unable to be used on rooted devices.
I get a force close after opening, anyone else get it to work? And what ROM? I am on DocRamBones first Stock Touchwiz based on the official OTA.

FC on my Tab, running stock EU rom.
So I'm on a 4.2 JB ROM, and I don't like the stock 4.2 camera app. I really like that ICS 4.0 camera app. I looked at some ROMs that ran android 4.0 ICS and tried to look for the APK for the camera. couldnt find it. Also I tried installing the gallery.apk but it didnt work. I didn't try flashing it cuz there wasnt a .zip file to flash. I know theres Camera ICS but its not the same. Theres no options for focus modes etc
anyone know how how to download the stock ASUS camera app?
Hi everyone, I installed the 4.3 camera when it was released a month ago and would now like to revert back to the stock HTC Sense 5 camera app... is this possible?
I didn't have much luck with the search and when I try to install the separate HTC Sense 5 .apk found on XDA, it goes through the install dialogues but then says " X App not installed"

I have a big problem, messed my phone.
My AT&T HTC one x+ camera was working before I flashed some thing bad. Tried all possible way to resolve like
- Flashing another custom rom (elegancia 5.5 and viper) result camera not working
- flashing stock AT&T rom - result camera not working
-removing camera app and installing new one - result camera not working.
Could you people please help me if there is any other way to correct my camera. Its hard to leave without camera on such a nice phone.
I currently have the development preview of CyanogenMod 11 installed on my AT&T HTC One M8, and have started to miss some of HTC'S camera features and BoomSound, but I can't stand the feel of Sense 6. I've had the GPE ROM on my phone before this, but now whenever I try to flash the ROM using TWRP, I get a "Failed" message! What gives?!
