What are some good slim cases?
I was looking at the spigen ultra fit though that doesn't cover the top and bottom of the phone so if I drop it the bottom or top can still get damaged.

The perks of a slim case comes with its disadvantages along with the slim profile look. Drop once, and the charm fades away of a slim case.
Neo Hybrid is a go-in-between the slim and the protective kinds, hence so many people prefer Neo Hybrid to other skinny ones.
I used to have a Diztronic on my iPhone few years back, and accidently i dropped the phone on a concrete driveway.. i did'nt feel like holding my hands after that, always kept it in the pocket.. it was dinged that bad.

Hmmm interesting. Then what about the spigen bounce? Does that give good protection? Also what's more bulky the bounce or neo?

I havent used bounce. Most of my colleagues and friends have moved to neo hybrid after witnessing my phone.
On the neo hybrid thread you can see some pictures of neo alongside bounce.
I just seen the caseology slim fit case. Looks like a great case. I don't know what to get. The caseology, bounce, or neo.
Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
The neohybrid adds a tiny bit of bulk but it's really not noticeable much to me. It's still a very thin case. It also is the best looking case I've seen. I sound like a shill for Spigen I know, but the case is really nice. I suggest this case to everyone I know who has a model for their phone.

Just put on my Bounce, it's not bad- not too bulky. I looked at the neo hybrid and thought way too much added bulk.
Im going to keep my SView case as my phone's 'formal' case and the Bounce as it's 'casual' case.

I have the neo hybrid and diztronic. Diztronic is slimmer and has better grip. Neo hybrid offers a little better protection. The bounce is pretty much the same case as the diz. I had a bounce and returned it.
I've been eyeballing the surface but I wonder if it's compatible with my iloome 9H glass protector. I'd like to have a kickstand and a holster just in case I ever wanted to use it.

I have the Poetic bumper, basically the same thing.
Works great, fits great, all the cutouts line up.
Even fits with the Samsung wireless charging back.

I have this case and it really does not add a lot of bulk to the phone.
I would say around half the thickness of the Spen on its slimmer side, if that makes sense.
Protects the phone really well though, since it has 2 material composition.
I have dropped my phone from my face height several times (talking while holding multiple other stuff on both hands) but case looks fine besides a few surface scratches.
Thickness is about 7/16 (.4375) or 11mm.

I highly doubt they're fake. Smart Shop has almost one hundred thousand ratings and 94% of those ratings are positive. I've also read here on XDA about many people ordering the bumper when it's $0.01 and haven't seen anything about them being fake.

I got the bumper right now and first impressions are pretty positive but I was still looking for a slimmer bumper that will add even less weight or bulk to the phone. I will use it for a couple of days before posted a update to this thread about the bumper. In the mean time if you have any questions then feel free to ask

"Fake?" Poetic is just branding a generic case from the same Chinese supplier as the Bear Motion bumper ring case.

Just looked at the bumper they have on their site and it looks very similar to the Poetic and Bear Motion, doesn't seem slimmer and its 2/3 times the price. Looks good though, but not for 24 dollars.

Doesn't look all that similar to me. My main concern is that it might have a transparent shell based on that watermark logo in the pics. That would prevent me from using it with my slightly thicker official Samsung wireless charge cover battery door. The Bear Motion / Poetic case fits fine but I hate the squishy power button. They don't show any pics without a phone so I can't tell if there is a shell or not. With a shell it wouldn't technically be a bumper, but Love Mei is guilty of that error too.

The camera does not touch the ground. so you can slide the phone on a surface without having to worry about scratching it

I feel like I've been searching up and down the Internet for eons but I'm looking for a good case that has a kickstand (or stand ability) and also has the S-View feature on it. Yeah there's plenty of cases on eBay that has kickstand/stand but doesn't have the proper S-View feature. Any suggestions?
Also if the case is blue color that would be amazing.
Thanks anyone who can help me out on my quest for the ultimate case.

That's kinda neat. My biggest fear is how well will it stick to the faux leather case? Especially with it going in and out of say a coat or pants pocket very often.

It really comes down to personal preferences.... Some don't want the Bulk or don't mind carrying spare batteries or a charging cable.. Some like myself, don't want to deal with all that jazz of having to charge 2-3 batteries for the next day... So, I go for the 7500mAh Batt... It's bigger and heavier but, I only charge once a day and that's when I go to bed ..
