Well I feel dumb now. Didn't mean to degrade his work, what I should have said is that the theming isn't for everyone. Thanks for the info and for the continued good work.

The utility installer provides previews if the option is selected.
I'm quite pleased with the 50% Clear Dropdown.

It did not show me any previews for some reason and I did select that option. Weird. but I too like the 50% transparent so far.

Also the 80% mod seems to be just the opposite. Just giving you a heads up.
Sent from my SM-N900P using Tapatalk

I'm confused about this. I did install the 50% transparent but it doesnt seem 50%. More like 80%. Also it seems like the installer gives you the option to install all of the dropdowns but you can only do one at a time correct? Also is there or will there be an option to use our own background image?

i dont know how long i will support this... sadly that wanam mod really messes with this mod, until i can figure out how to disable wanam automatically when flashing this i dont think itll really properly work right

Are you able to throw up a default option so I can go back to the original drop down? I flashed the 50% and it made the text (battery and time) on my task bar big.

Here we go guys and gals! This is the beginning of Eclipse 3.1! This does not have as many features as the 4.1.2 just yet. So chances are if there is a feature that you are missing it will come in a future build. I plan on releasing builds frequently as we progress in a more feature rich build.

I'm excited to have the better quick settings as toggles as they should have been from Google. Having them be shortcuts to their perspective settings is dumb. Can't wait to get off work today and try this ROM out!
I installed this a while ago and so far everything is running great, the only thing I noticed is that the changelog shows that it has the Trinity kernel but it does not appear to be there once the ROM is installed.
Edit: The only thing I've noticed is that when playing Need for Speed: Most Wanted the steering is now off about 8-9 degrees to the right, I have to hold the device tilted to the left to maintain a straight line while driving.
Edit 2: I got the steering issue figured out and all is well.

Nice to see 4.2 ROMs pop up here and there.
But considering all the complaints about the stock version, how's the battery life and performance? What about screen calibration?
I know benchmark results don't always have anything to do with real life but still it'd be fun to see some results in Quadrant, Velamo, Antutu.

No GPS Reticle - Universal All Touchwiz roms by JBEITEL

Edit: I made a universal version now that can be found here: Go Here
I didnt have a chance yet to test the universal on an odex rom. Can someone do it and report back?
I've attached a few things here that I did up quick, mostly for myself but if you want to use them, feel free.
They are for Deodexed stock roms only.
This first one replaces the GPS reticle in the status bar with a one pixel wide transparent image. It can be found here:

This second link also has the same as above but I added the following two mods to signal bars and battery. I'll do more colors later, this is just what I like for myself:

Now if someone would do a mod that makes the notification bar solid black instead of gray.
Should probably note that icons that are usually to the left of the e911 icon will have a weird gap.
Thanks I loved your RIT themes for the Rezound!
Hey bro, I got rid of the e911 (location) icon through smali and it leaves no weird gaps. Don't wanna start a new thread for it, so feel free to use it.

Could you help me do this? I'm not familiar with using smali. Maybe a step by step guide? I would like the gps icon removed without having the gap. Thank you
Edit: Nevermind I flashed in recovery and gps icon is gone. Thank you so much.

Here is a universal version for all touchwiz roms. It doesnt replace the apk, its just a two image push so it should work. I didnt get to test it yet though.
Can someone test this on an odex rom and report back??

Hey John. Any way to make a flash zip of the 3d signal bars? I tried the S3 version and nothing would stick.

Hey bro, I got rid of the e911 (location) icon through smali and it leaves no weird gaps. Don't wanna start a new thread for it, so feel free to use it.

True, u can do quite a bit with xposed these days. I did this and more to come for the ppl like myself who don't really use xposed fw

Id much rather have my mods hardcoded into my rom. One less thing to setup. And the xposed extended power menu looks terrible compared to modded stock.

Great Job Jimmy!!!
Keep Them Coming if you need any thing Holla
I have a few mods I am about to add over the next few days.
already made them working good but busy so will have to wait for now.:crying:
Google Wallet
If you have market wallet installed, reset it then uninstall. Reboot, flash zip. reboot, open wallet, setup tap and pay, good to go
I605 4.3 Wallet Fix
Bluetooth & Wifi Tethering stock enabled/removed provisioning...
Delete system/app/SPG.apk
Copy/overwrite system/framework-res.apk with framework-res.apk
Samsung app store and updater to install gear manager properly
Samsung App Store
Samsung App updater
S Health proper for Galaxy Gear integration
S Health
Copy file to system/app
following this install the app as a user app update.
You need to do both of these as S health requires root to have proper permissions for interface with gear, but s health crashes when only installed as system app so you must install it again as a user app/update for it to launch and run properly with gear integration
Someone feel free to host these elsewhere...I've got alot more mods too... lol
Wallet wouldn't flash.

May want to warn against doing this on a LIVE system. framework runs the phone, and is not ideal to overwrite while running.
Also, many mods are routed in Framework-res, so it's not possible to have this and other mods that change framework at the same time. Just to point out some pluses of zip form updates and other things around xposed.
Couldn't get the advanced power menu to work. I flashed it and nothing changed in my power menu. I'm on beans 4.3 leak
