Yes You CAN...

So Gravitybox does work on the Ultra? I only read that was for AOSP (or AOSP-ish) ROMs. Nice to know.

How to auto hide taskbar & softkeys + multi format floating video apps.

Hey all, so first. How in the bloody hell can you autohide the taskbar and softkeys without installing buggy 3rd party software from the crapstore? I've tried a few apps and they are borderline useless.
Second. On ios that is a tweak called videopane. It's a pop out video window, I say window because that's what it is, it's not a player, it just allows you do pop out the current playing video in say youtube or plex but continues to use those apps to play the file. This is important on android because most video players won't play certain audio formats, so most of my mkvs won't have audio in apps other than vlc for instance. Is there a simular app for android. Again I don't want a septerate player unless it can get play everything I throw at it. Gplayer doesn't work, as well as every other one I've tried. It makes multitasking non existent without the option of mini windows or making a app like vlc play in the background.
Any help or advise would be great,
Thanks

Which module do you use? I have Xperia Xposed (KK) v.2.6 but I can't find this settings!

Yea kk is the one. The only way I found to do it was:
Power menu > lock screen actions > select full screen mode > choose and reorder > drag full screen mode to the top of the list (just makes it easier to select /deselect) now press power button as it you were about to shut down and the options should be there, may need a reboot.

For multi window viewing there's an xposed mod called xhalo foating window.
Add this with the xblast mod and you can run any app you want in a mini window with minimizing ability too. Xblast lets you add shortcuts to the app with sidebar thing. It works well.

Xhalo is really buggy on tablets but i will try again with it, I've not tried xblast though.
Also xhalo is awful for video apps like vlc as it minimizes the whole window and not just the video that's playing, once you shrink it down to a manageable size it makes it pointless.

Auto-hide Navbar when launching widescreen apps

Is it possible to auto-hide the navbar if I start a widescreen game/app?
Maybe with a xposed module.
In the Z2 stock rom the navbar hides when I start an app.
I'm using CM11.

Thx again for your helpful answer (like in the eXistenZ Rom thread) but I think I'm using the wrong module now.
I've tried a module called "Immerse Me", this is my solution, but activates in vertical screen too without open any apps.
The other module called "App Settings" is to annoying to setup some permissions for every single app.
You got a screenshot of the correct app and name? Or better a link

Quick settings touch and hold.

Anyone know of any kind of mod, xposed module or anything else that enables me to enter the specified setting by long holding corresponding setting from quick settings? Tried xperia quicksettings long click in xposed, did not work on 4.4.4.

I messaged the dev about it but they havent done anything about it and i see no alternate
That's too bad ? can't understand why sony implemented the quick settings this way! Let's hope for a fix in the near future ?

I found out that the Xposed module "Xperia Xposed" by SERAJR offers this functionality when activating the "system UI" customization part in the app. Here's the link

Is there a modified Status Bar?

...where there are more toggles and buttons for GT-I8552 stock ROM? I think it's a good idea that Shutdown Menu button, and the toggle buttons for Airplane Mode and Flashlight are included in status bar, rather than using a third-party app. If there's none is that even possible to make?

go to app sectiom for this device.
u will find it
The reason behind this is I'd like to keep the buttons untouched as always as possible. Through research, I found Xposed Framework Installer and it allows you to do advanced tweaks. Now, the physical buttons for volume, power menu (except for turning on) are useless and there's no need for third party apps which use more of RAM and CPU.
