Yes You CAN...
Yes you can install xposed framework and then install gravitybox module and then can enable the option for seprate volume slider keys for media and call.

So Gravitybox does work on the Ultra? I only read that was for AOSP (or AOSP-ish) ROMs. Nice to know.

Some usefull apps I want... Are they out there?

Is there an app that puts navigation buttons on my screen? Mine were disabled during root and stuff... I don't want to fix the hardware ones... I just want buttons that are always on the screen. The app I have right now just uses a small icon that you press every time you want the buttons
And isn't there an app that blocks ads everywhere?
Thanks... Lol

Here's an ad-blocker:

as for your button, I think that maybe a framework modification may be needed. (unless there's an exposed module for it)

Using xposed framework is a good idea. However there's a special module for disabling the overflow buttons. It's called noverflow.

Quick questions for new owner of Z2

First of all I love this device. Had the s5 and the m8 and this one is overall the better device. Anyways, the notification bar has Google search and Sony app which is annoying and the app switcher comes up a little slow and has those small apps. Anyway to fix these or do I need root for that? Thanks.
Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk
well you need root to change that
you can edit it via an xposed and an xposed module by the name of gravitybox
the app switcher is slow snd i dont think that can be changed

I was able to uninstall the small apps in the recent apps panel with titanium backup. No issues, but it isn't that much faster.

Quick settings touch and hold.

Anyone know of any kind of mod, xposed module or anything else that enables me to enter the specified setting by long holding corresponding setting from quick settings? Tried xperia quicksettings long click in xposed, did not work on 4.4.4.

I messaged the dev about it but they havent done anything about it and i see no alternate
That's too bad ? can't understand why sony implemented the quick settings this way! Let's hope for a fix in the near future ?

I found out that the Xposed module "Xperia Xposed" by SERAJR offers this functionality when activating the "system UI" customization part in the app. Here's the link
