Using xposed framework is a good idea. However there's a special module for disabling the overflow buttons. It's called noverflow.

I've tried home2, but found it to be rather unreliable/laggy at times (using stock rom). I was hoping for a flashable mod of some kind.

Some usefull apps I want... Are they out there?

Is there an app that puts navigation buttons on my screen? Mine were disabled during root and stuff... I don't want to fix the hardware ones... I just want buttons that are always on the screen. The app I have right now just uses a small icon that you press every time you want the buttons
And isn't there an app that blocks ads everywhere?
Thanks... Lol

Here's an ad-blocker:

as for your button, I think that maybe a framework modification may be needed. (unless there's an exposed module for it)

So Gravitybox does work on the Ultra? I only read that was for AOSP (or AOSP-ish) ROMs. Nice to know.

If you have Xposed installed (root required), you can do it with the Wanam Xposed module under it settings in System > Disable wake HOME button.

Can I just ask why you would want to disable this? I find it very convenient that the home button wakes the screen.

I love xposed but sometimes it breaks some or all of the status bar theming.

Quick settings touch and hold.

Anyone know of any kind of mod, xposed module or anything else that enables me to enter the specified setting by long holding corresponding setting from quick settings? Tried xperia quicksettings long click in xposed, did not work on 4.4.4.

I messaged the dev about it but they havent done anything about it and i see no alternate
That's too bad ? can't understand why sony implemented the quick settings this way! Let's hope for a fix in the near future ?

I found out that the Xposed module "Xperia Xposed" by SERAJR offers this functionality when activating the "system UI" customization part in the app. Here's the link
