Hello,
I bought a new S3 last week. I need Galaxy S4 Touchwiz launcher. I havent rooted my device yet. I dont like to root my device. I want a S4 launcher which can be installed normally without flashing. Can someone give me the link pls... !!!
Thanks
Even if running the s4 launcher was possible, there is no chance without root.
This is a developers forum so the assumption here is xda members would open to modifying / rooting their device. Its kind of a given really

Hi there.
Clearly I'm new to xda so I'm really hoping this post is in the correct place.
I honestly have searched but I didn't find any threads so if there's one and I overlooked it, please feel free to help.
I own a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini I9190 (8GB) with the Official Android 4.2.2 installed (therefor unrooted). I'm looking for a Samsung S5 or HTC Sense 5 rom for my phone that is stable. I found a few for the S3 and S4 but none for my phone. Please help me.
Thank you in advance and I apologise if this is in the wrong section or if I didn't give enough info. If more info is needed I'll add it.
Hi there,
This is my first post on this website.
I wanted to root my galaxy s3 i9300 running on android 4.3.
I was not sure how to do this as the posts I saw on this website were old, so thought they wont be working.
So please can anyone from this xda developer community can tell me what to do so I can root my samsung device.
Also would rooting delete my apps and my contacts?
And lastly would you suggest to me any apps which are worth rooting your phone them.
It would be helpful if you send the links of the apps too.
Thank you
Qas

Hello, this is my first time posting on here.
I have an old Galaxy S3, USA version, T-mobile, SGH-T999. I was wondering how to update it to make it usable? From what I've read online the best way is to root and put in a custom ROM. The problem I'm having is finding the latest ROMs. Is there any way to find the latest official ROMs for the phone? And if I download an unofficial one, how can I know which will run well on my phone? Do I just simply get the latest unofficial ROM?
Lastly, if any one has any step by step guide or video on how to root and install ROMs it would be much appreciated as I've never done something like this before. Sorry if this has been posted before, I'm new to this site and have been having trouble navigating and searching old posts.
Thank you.

I suspect the reason that you haven't gotten any responses in the last day or so is that you are on the wrong part of the Forum! This is the area for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 9.7" Tablet, not the Galaxy S3 Smartphone.
You might want to take a look over here for the T-Mobile S3.
Hope that helps clear things up
