I was wondering if I could flash SlimCM linaro Rom on my Xperia U
I will flash it on Stock .100 ICS, locked bootloader. Is it okay to flash the locked bootloader version that is on the thread through recovery? Wil it be safe?
Thank you!

No it won't. But you can try with atis patch for locked bootloader. Search it. And also delete boot.img or kernel.elf inside the ROM zip.

I have been using Jelly Sandwich 6.2 on my Neo V, with CWM based recovery 5.0.2.7 (locked bootloader)
but now I want to re-install another rom, is there a need to re-flash the kernel ?
Can I change another recovery, such as Clockworkmod Recovery Touch or any other one?
ON THE OTHER HAND, I TRIED SOME ROMS BUT WITHOUT CHINESE, (A) PURENESS (B) ICS REVOLUTORY HD
WHICH ROMS SHOULD YOU SUGGEST FOR ME?
You just need to flash the new rom with full wipes..format etc..
no need to re-flash kernel..
and bout recovery use CWM 5.5.0.4..use xParts to install..CWM touch has some bugs last time i checked dont know if they've been solved now..

I don't think there's a CWM touch for this device.
If you want to flash another ROM, flash the recommended kernel ( for unlocked BL) or use stock kernel itself (for locked BL).

You need to have unlocked bootloader. But there is no CM10 for sola, there is only CM9 (which is ICS)

The version by FXP is only for unlocked bootloader.
There are ROMs based on CM and some of them are for locked bootloaders.

Dont just say it, hit the button for those who helped bro.
So I used SetCpu and found that I cannot really overclock it, only underclock it.
Is it because I have a locked bootloader or what?
Explain please!

Well, flash your phone to ICS and then root it. After rooting install CWM Recovery and then install a JB zip from the recovery. The whole procedure is given in Development section.

He is on JB and want a recovery which works in JB. So flash ICS then root then install CWM and then install JB ROM. So he will have both JB and recovery. I think he want this only else if I am wrong please correct me.
Lol guys now i don't know what to do.
You mean if i was on JB i can install the CWM one? Will it work fine? You mean this right?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2020895
Since you are on locked bootloader, you need to:
1)root your device following the steps on Xperia p development section(doomlord toolkit)
2) install cwm using recoveryx on your pc!

That one would work once you have root.
Depands which JB, DooMLoRD Easy Rooting Toolkit only works for 6.2.A.1.100.
