[Q] Jiayu G4, what is blue led notification means? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone, I bought JIAYU two months ago and everything was okay.. About two weeks ago I saw a blue led notification which is shining all the time. I don't know what is that mean but something is wrong. Battery discharges faster. Earlier it held about 6 days, now 1-2 days. I think that the problem is in this blue led, but I don't know how to repair that. I changed rom and it does not stop! Even I took battery off from my phone and insert again, it is shining... I tried LightFlow too and it didnt help.
Please, help me. I dont know what to do. I love this phone..

[Q] HTC Amaze won't turn on

Hey all I was wondering if anyone could help me with my HTC Amaze. It stopped turning on maybe a month ago. I was sleeping and forgot to charge the phone so I woke up in the morning and put it on the charger and went back to sleep. When I woke up again there wasn't an LED light or anything. Eventually after messing around with it for a while the orange light would turn on for maybe 10 seconds then it would turn off and the phone would vibrate for a while and turn off too. I went on eBay and bought a new battery that came with an outlet charger. Waited a while then it finally came I charged the original battery as well as the new one. The phone still won't turn on, but now the orange LED light will stay on and after a while the green light will come on. I'm not tech savvy so I never rooted or unlocked my phone or whatnot I've just been using it normally since I've gotten it. I tried to make a claim from Asurion but they won't cover it without the deductible so I thought I'd try here before I just gave up and got a new one. If anyone can help please me please help. =)
There have been some posts of battery issues. Have you tried a different battery?
yep . i tried to charge the battery on the adapter and use the origional/new battery with no luck. :crying:
If it goes green, the battery says full charged, you're not telling us something.

Before when it first wouldn't turn on, when i tried to charge it, the orange light would come on for 10 seconds before turning off and vibrating periodically. Now the phone will act like it's charging (staying orange for a long time then turning green). But when I wait until it's green and try and turn it on no avail.

yea once but that was like 2 weeks ago before this started to happen. do u think it would be the digitizer or a part inside the phone ?

Something could've gotten loose and normal shaking in the weeks to follow probably finished the job getting it undone. Did you call your carrier or HTC about it?
Just tell them it randomly shut down after the ICS update and then eventually it stopped coming on or something, yes I know that's lying, but I don't think hardware is usually covered under warranty, unless it was faulty from the get go.
try removing the back cover and pressing the power button. the button on my back cover doesn't work as well as it used to, it'll power the screen on when it feels like it....must've come loose.

-Also, did you buy the phone new? And you said you didn't root/unlock? If you bought it used the person before you may have installed a custom recovery.
very weird i agree just call htc and say you phone got messed up doe to the ics ota update im sure they will replace it

Well then. Cant get any sort of reaction from this phone

Hey everyone, not my first time fiddling around with a phone, although my current phone is a G2X so its a lot easier to fiddle around with.
When the X10 first came out, i got it from Rogers on a 3 year contract. About 1 and a half years into it the phone wouldn't boot. Vibrated, but wouldn't boot. I got a bb as a replacement and never looked back. Well I found it a few days ago, and I'd really like to get it working. So far, ive plugged it into a charger for about 24 hours, and only got a red LED that blinked for the first 15 minutes to indicate the battery was low.
Now when I push the power button the red led blinks 3 times fast once every time i push the power button.
I'm stuck here, because I have no idea what to do with this phone. Ive gone through the forums for the past 2 hours, looking for an answer on what to do, but I couldn't find one. If someone could help point me in the right direction, that would be great!
-Thanks

damn.. that must happen when your on unlocked bootloadr.. have you tried a differnt battery? i really dont know
Couldnt be an unlocked bootloader. I never did anything to this phone. It was running whatever it was shipped with. I couldnt recall as its been atleast 2 + years since ive used it, and I dont have another battery to try it with. I would like to make sure it will work before I spend time looking for a battery.

Just to say though, the battery does hold some kinda charge. Right now the phone is unplugged and when I push the power button I get three red LED blinks. What does that one mean?

Bricked?

Hello people of XDA, my friend go and Evo LTE when it first released and used it for a few months then got the iPhone 5 when it came out. He deactivated his Evo and left it sitting in his drawer. Yesterday he asked me if i can root it so i said yes. I charged it up to about 40% and connected him to wifi while it charged. It started updating a bunch of apps and the device was lagging badly, the status bar notifications disappeared for a couple mins and then it froze with the screen off but the capacitive buttons on and the orange led on. I had no other option but to wait for it to run out of battery since there is no removable battery and this is on ics so there is not force restart. I waited til the morning and it had fully drained so I plugged it into the charger and it seems like it is refusing to charge. The orange LED won't go on and the device won't turn on. Can any of you guys help me out, I do not see how it could have bricked off of something so simple. Thanks in advance.

[SOLA] 1 Year Old Set[Not Switching On][Help]

OK guys . . . probably an easily solvable problem. But i need advice.
here goes . .
Recently i got an Xperia Sola. Its my sister and she was using it for almost an year. Now bought new one so i get to use the old SOLA..
So the problem now is that its not Switching ON. I put the phone on wall charger for almost 2 days continuously. I think the battery is messed up.
On wall charger/ PC i'm getting this bright red LED but it only lights up for some time, say some minutes. then it goes off and nothing happens , no lights nothing. i don't think its in bricked state because my sister doesn't know anything about Root, cwm, custom ROM etc so its still in factory settings. i tried to switch it on Still nothing.
i'm thinking of buying a new Battery.
Any advice . . ?? what should i do ?

Mate 10 pro green screen

So today I was on checking something on my phone when it suddenly shuts down. I thought it was overheating again but when i checked, the phone temp wasn't even warm at all. I tried turning it back on, it got a green screen with 2 smaller boxes (red and blue) no text. Then it turned off and now my phone wouldn't turn on at all. I tried charging it but the led light did not even turn on. The phone wasn't even low on battery to begin with. The battery was at 60+% when it turned off.
Days ago i updated the phone then it started overheating. It also started having issues with the headphone and the charger (posted about this in another thread.) Now it's just dead.
Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know what I did wrong or what to do next. As much as possible i don't want to replace the phone, at least not yet. I will be traveling overseas tomorrow and i really need it.
did you ever find out the solution to this problem? My Huawei Mate SE started doing this to me today and idk what to do!!!
