I'm also on Androidmeda. It has flash support by default. If yours doesn't, go to market and search for adobe flash player.

You cannot buy songs from play store..
Alternatively you can use 7 digital music store app from market to download songs..

Did you try uninstalling the old YouTube app before installing this one?
Is this Youtube able to play 720p videos like the other one floating around? Or just ablebto download videos?
