You cannot buy songs from play store..
Alternatively you can use 7 digital music store app from market to download songs..

Yeah, I think Play Music is still U.S. only.

Just go in the application smartband => parameters => Activate notifications THEN click juste on the left of the button, and you can activate any app you want
