Hello friends,
I recently got a live wallpaper clock for my lockscreen and I wanted to remove the default clock that appears on lock screen. I've tried doing that in the lock screen mods: I enabled Samsung stock lock screen and in the Samsung lock screen settings disabled the clock. I rebooted and nothing changes.
Any suggestions?

Why not ask in the Beans thread instead of repeatedly bumping this thread that has >165 views and no answers? Not trying to be rude, I just feel like you might get an answer there.

1 - Any way to remove the vibration notification? I like to have vibrate on all the time, but I'd like to remove that icon.
2 - How do you set a full wallpaper? Even the ones Samsung gives you can only be snipped. I'm currently on Go Launcher, and those wallpapers are full sized. Anyone know how to make all images full size?
Thanks in advance.
you have to have the proper resolution for the wallpaper the samsung ones wont strech because of it.

Has anyone looked into this? I find the ever preset icon annoying enough to not use the feature. Is there an app to hide status bar icons?

I don't think I'd want to do that. I just want to get rid of unneeded, persistent icons. Especially since so many apps stick things in there just to prevent from closing.
i too cannot stand that stupid vibration icon, i know its in vibrate, hy do i need an icon for it also

Exactly! I also just installed the awesome Badass Battery Monitor * and am really interested in a solution for hiding unneeded notification icons. I can't believe this doesn't exist.
* - "awesome" is my opinion, "Badass" is actually part of the app's name

Sorry but another guy having problem with notification item. Certain apps like GTA 3 will stay on my notification bar after exiting the game. I tried the clear button but it won't go away until I reboot my phone. Any alternate way to get rid of?
Errrrrrr sorry I couldn't resist my question when I saw notification question.
Hello,
As the title suggests, how do I set a live wallpaper for my lockscreen when using the JKAY framework.
I have the APK and tried searching through it, but couldn't find anything.
Is there something I am missing?
General Info:
I am using my own modified XXLPG.
It is De-odexed.
Thanks for the help!
Also, if this question has been answered before, please excuse my ignorance, since I've search high and low through this forum but couldn't find an answer.

In jkay deluxe app -> lockscreen settings -> lockscreen options -> untick show wallpaper
now whatever u will set in your homescreen, you will get in lockscreen too...so set your desired live wallpaper...
Can't believe I missed that.. Thanks alot.

I can see that.
However if I click on a picture and use it to set as lockscreen, ticking show wallpaper will have that picture on lockscreen and my desktop live wallpaper will be different.
Now I'm trying to achieve this with another livewallpaper instead of the photograph. So the effect is one livewallpaper on lockscreen and diferent LW on desktop. Is this achievable?
Secondly I unticked show clock on lockscreen and it still shows. Why?

That means that when you are on the lock screen, the clock in your status bar won't be shown. Not the bigger clock.

Ok.
Is there a way to have the ICS deluxe lockscreen look like this? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.sonica.wallpaper.clock&hl=en_GB
Other way than setting this LW as my desktop wallpaper.

Hi,
This is achievable by upgrading to one of the 4.0.4 Roms, however you will be losing the JKay framework since it isn't yet compatible with them.

This problem happen in lock screen only when using black wallpaper.
Nothing seems wrong to me..

well if you look at the screenshot again you would see white patches on right side. happens only on lockscreen so i doubt if it is a hardware bug.
@OP. Many in indian thread have this "problem" including me. Not really an issue for me though
It is because of the ripple effect, pretty sure it even says something about dark wallpapers when you go to lock screen settings and check the ripple effect box. Uncheck it and you'll have no problem with black wallpapers, but also no ripple effect on unlock.
Don't be afraid of the thanks button.
did have any solution for that

Right, thank you!
Here are the Rules:
3. Post only using a clear subject and message.
You're most likely to receive a helpful answer to your question if you use a short subject title that describes your problem and a message that explains in detail what your problem is and what you've tried to solve it.

You have to disable that ripple effect. Go to setting - security - lock. Screen option - disable ripple effect

Hi guys,
Got a problem trying to set a wallpaper on 240dpi, I have tried both the stock gallery and quick pic to crop the images for the screen but both end up with the wallpaper being zoomed in.
No matter what I try I can't get the image to look right on the screen, any ideas?
Cheers in advance,
Blinky

Be more specific; do you mean the lockscreen or the home screen/s? If you have wallpaper scrolling enabled, this is probably why. If it is on the lockscreen, I am not so sure.

Cheers for the reply, I tried disabled wallpaper scrolling and it didn't sort it out. I did check the lock screen and the wallpaper acts the correct way there so it is just the home screen.
Any other ideas, using omega of it helps.
Cheers

Option to remove help text is only for Swipe type of lockscreen, nothing available for Pattern lockscreen. Any other method

I'm not interested in the "nice look", but when I charge battey, I want to look at the percentage on the lock screen which isn't visible thanks to the very informative message "Draw your pattern". Now I'll have to wait until the message to disappear, but that happens almost at the time the screen blanks out.
Is this message from Google or did Samsung decide that their users are retarded enough that they need to show it every time?
