Here are the latest Android 4.4 Google Apps Ripped from nexus 5.
Download and install apks as usual...
Update#1: All links fixed, link for launcher, deskclock and default wallapaper added...

>to fix voice search force close do this:
*Go into Settings, then Language & Input
*Change the default system language to anything other than English (we used Spanish).
*Go back to the home screen and use Voice Search to search for something in the new language (we chose the phrase “Necesito Android!”)
*Once the search has completed successfully, go back into Language & Input and change the default language back to English.

Google launcher doesnt start and Camera force closes when trying to activate photosphere. I'm on CM10.2
(found the reason: " In order for it to work, the new Google Now and Google Play Services must also be installed. " ...now runs fine.)
Hangouts runs fine and wallpaper looks beautiful.

download and normal install, open file manager search where you download apk and install, that it's all

that's cm 10.2 bug that needs to be fixed I am too on the same ROM
for Google launcher you need to install all three apks Google now, play store and launcher
