I already have a wonderful memory and internal storage manager, clean master, what my question is is there away to attach a virtual storage container that is capable of emulating the internal storage function from a sd card. I'm not just talking about move2sd but rather essentially fool the system into treating the sd card as internal storage

I seem to have trouble grasping the concept of Internal and external SD memory.
I purchased a 16GB microSD card with the hopes that I can move most of my apps to that card but when I use app2sd I always get the "Failed to move application, not enough memory" error.
When I check the free space it shows more than 13GB on both the internal memory and also on the microSD card.
Since my gtablet has 16GB of "internal" storage already, what's microSD card good for?
Shouldn't I be able to move apps to either internal or external SD storage or am I just not understanding how this all works?
Can someone explain to me in Layman's terms what I need to do?
Thanks !!
PS: I just now accidentally reformatted my internal SD card so I will have to start from scratch anyways ;-)

From what I understand, app2sd functionality is built into Froyo & beyond. No need for a separate app.
In laymans terms, your 16GB internal sd is split in 2, 2GB for apps & 14 gb for data.I have 88 apps installed & it is only using 492MB of the 2GB. Apps install to the 2GB area, but the (and the system) use the 14 GB data area for storage. You can also use this space for dat/files storage as well.
The external microsd slot is generally used by you for data storage. You can use it for what ever you like. I use mine to store copies of different roms/nvflash, movies/video/pictures & music transferred from the PC.
SD card you can put music, apps, pics etc.But i see two other storage Phone storage total space 10.48GB available 10.45GB and Internal storage available 1.9GB.Whats the difference between phone and internal storage.
I believe the smaller partition is the system partition. The larger is considered the sd card. Then there's the external sd card which is what you mentioned as being for music etc...
One is it possible to use the internal storage as extended Virtual Ram, and is that what zRam is?
Second would it be faster to use the internal storage as virtual memory and the SD card as the directory for storage?
How many things are you trying to run?
Hi, my current internal storage is almost full (80%) and that has made my phone quite slow. I dont have nothing major in internal storage except the apps and whatsapp data. All pictures and music in on the 8gb memory card. I was wondering if i could transfer all my apps to the memory card. Is it possible to do that and install new apps on memory card rather than internal storage?
My phone with Android O has an unfortunate partition table atm - large internal storage, small internal "sd" storage.
To my surprise, many apps insist to put their data on the sd parition like offline maps or email storage. So atm, half my internal storage is empty, and my sd is full :-\
All tools I have found move data/apps from the internal storage to the (external) sd card (apps2sd, link2sd, appmgr), and anything I have tried (Directory Bind, Folder Mount) aren't successful move-linking the "Android" folder on the sd to the internal storage. Moving and symlinking with the shell doesn't work either.
Question: Is there any app/way to make apps use the internal storage instread of the internal sd card (if they offer no config option)? Thanks!
.. Answering my own question:
After another day of fooling around I discovered that apps2sd "Folder Mount" tool can be mis-used to link external to internal with the "bind" option, even though it insists with a warning screen that this very thing shouldn't be done
