Ok so I changed the dpi of my phone to compensate for the difference of the Nexus 5, but does anyone know if there are any mods such as xposed or something that can modify the app drawer to hide apps or make tabs, etc...?

Much like my Thunderbolt the UI is way too big for my taste, I have a massive screen and so I want to see more.
Has anyone adjusted the DPI on their Note 2 and if so did it break anything or does anything display odd?
Also if you did and there was no issues, what DPI did you go with?
One more...does adjusting the DPI still make apps become "not compatible" ?
Thanks guys!
Yes and yes. There are small fixable minor issues. The only thing that really breaks is alarm clock. The dialer, calculator, and camera are just a little misaligned. You can search for the mod and find opinions on it... I use 240 in my build.prop then use Xposed framework to change dpi on any app the way I want.

Could you provide me more information on this? Perhaps a link to the mod and some screen shots?

Tried the search on here, didn't work well. I did a Google search and I found the page thought.

Got all the stuff on my phone, however the xposed app settings mod is currently broken so I can't play with it yet.

You have to have Xposed Installer as well. Xposed App Settings is just a module, which is why it doesn't work by itself.

Using exposed do you still run into the compatibility errors when updating in the play store?
Suggestion on a dpi changing app?
How do you restore the dpi if it fails?

Try disable Immerse Me for Themer. Themer is very specific about what size your screen is for each device, so it doesn't like getting confused We are working on an immersive mode in the future though.
Thanks for your help, hope you do it soon cause immerse me module is almost a must have on nexus 5, cause the full screen mode it gives to the device a better experience specially on game and browser.
It worked
Thanx..
Keep up
Good work
Does anyone knows if I can change my status bar to make it look like the one in cyanogen mode for example or something? And I mean completely change it not editing it or something, cuz I have dn3 3.1.1 on and I've installed nova launcher apk and it all looks good except for that ugly stock status bar :/
Any help would be appreciated

You can use Xposed + App Settings module to control that.

Yea I tried that but then the launcher doesn't. Fit the screen.

Ah, it's already thrown off because of the 360 DPI probably. Might have to set the system to it's normal 480 and use App Settings to do individual apps.

I used app settings to change the blinkfeed app to 480 and it fits the screen but I was wondering is anyone here can change the grid on the launcher to 6x6
Hello there!
I'd like to get a fully functional AOSP lockscreen on my Z2. So far I've installed "GEM Xperia Xposed" and enabled "Enable AOSP lockscreen" in its settings.
While this does in fact work for me, I'd like to customize the unlock-ring in the lockscreen with shortcuts. Conveniently, GravityBox offers exactly such functionality. However, the settings I make in GravityBox are simply not reflected on my lockscreen.
At first I thought that GravityBox maybe doesn't work at all under the stock Sony ROM, but settings like "Maximize Widgets on lockscreen" DO work for me. So it seems that maybe the Xposed-hook for customizing the unlock-ring is not working under my ROM.
Does anyone know of a module or .apk that I can install to get a fully functional AOSP lockscreen?
Many thanks in advance!
Funny enough if you remove the lockscreen app it should load the aosp one from the framework
Not sure if it works on KK fws, i know it does in GB, ICS n JB for xperias

To be honest, I would prefer not to remove any system applications, with the fear of locking myself somehow out of the phone. Isn't there some Xposed-module that can achieve this?
