can i install arabic in whole device ?:fingers-crossed:
if that is not supported in WP 7.10 then there is currently NO known way to run your phone in a new language.
However go to language and regional settings on your phone and check if it is already present. (I dont have the device now.)
I would suggest that you get a new device for there will be no further updates for your device and unlike Android , you cannot flash an upgraded version of the OS however certain ROMs do exist for your phone.

I don't think it does, I'm not seeing it listed in the language option on my device.
If its the stock android 2.3, it should support it. I had it on 2.1 and because in Canada where I live, 2.3 is still not out so I'm using WB custom ROM and even though the latest ones (4.0.4 and v5) don't come with Arabic text supported as is, there are downloads for that package which makes it work
I just upgraded to v5 as well and reflashed the font&language zip file and my Arabic is back.

When ever I do an offline search for a place in Nokia Drive on my Lumia 800 , It shows the results in arabic . But the same doesnt happen while I do an online search .
I tried changing the region and language . Uninstalling and installing it back after changing the region and language and still it shows the results in arabic .
Anybody knows how to get it from arabic to english ?
Please specify what ROM your using, stock or custom rom? Whether this is happening with any other apps? Recheck your region settings.

Thanks

To make it short- if the device is region free / unlocked - there is no difference at all, except 3 minor things:
1- supported languages: for some reasons, suppliers prefer to hide the built-in support of 4.1 (and above) android of all languages.
2- different modems- some roms have a modem that works great in specific countries.
3- built in apps- suppliers sometimes love to integrate some apps in the system, some that are completely useless...
For the difference between the two you mentioned- if they don't belong to a specific supplier- just go with the newest one. Also, most of the custom roms solves the issues above, so if you're planning to install one, I strongly suggest that you'll try the one of them- especially the one in my signature
