Download Pimp my rom from the playstore and use some of the tweaks in it.
It really helps it out alot.

Wow, that did make it run much smoother. Thanks, a lot!
Not sure why I get random lag in Africa though. Game needs to be made offline.

Too right, things of the past. That's why I'm also still using GB until there are more stable ICS ROMs. Overclocking I have no interest in.

this isnt true
i just switched back to GB today because of both
i came from that Beta4 posted
i certaintly got force closes on program i dont get force closes on in GB
and what i HATE, is that in ICS, when an app force closes, it vibrates terrtible, then FREEZES for a few second, then closes
at least on GB when something forces closes it just does it right away lol
I don't have any issues with ics no force closes or anything lol except for hybrid other that they are fine .I'm running team perfections rom and its so smooth and fast very stable

Anyone Knows or Can Make Gaming Rom for Vibrant that play all HD games very well and smooth
Do you just want a gaming phone, meaning no other functionality like calling/text etc?
i means a ROM for all function but better for HD games like Gamerz ROM of galaxy s
Oh, mind linking me to this ROM you're talking about?
I'm guessing you're talking about this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1656081&highlight=gamerz
Sorry, but is that ICS/GB/Froyo?
After a bit of research it appears that the Gamerz rom is based on Gingerbread.

No promises that'll work though, and I'm gonna have you test it. So make sure you make a nandroid backup.
I've been on Froyo forever and I finally switched to GB with CM 7.2 .... HUGE increase in speed with everything, including 3D gaming. Games that were unplayable--Siegecraft, for instance--are now playable.
It's funny because a lot of people said that I would see no real performance gain going to GB ... absolutely wrong.

hi guys,
does ayone can tell me which ROM can be good for my Hongkong version N7005? Galaxy Note LTE?

As we are using ICS ROMs based on the official firmware for your phone , I'm pretty sure you would be good to use all the ROMs made for the at&t note...The only difference being the hardware for NFC.
You should definitely be able to flash Padawan and Blackstar as they are based on your current ROM and currently do not have any code for NFC.
I'm not sure about jb based ROMs as they would have code for NFC hardware and I'm not sure how your phone would react...although I'm sure I did read about someone in Singapore with your version of note being able to use all of the ROMs on this forum...
Sir,
I m new to N7005. Are these 2 links?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1907203
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1676086
Further Question, N7005 4G frequency are 1800/ 2600 GHz which are different from original i717. Is it safe to flash to have 1800/ 2600 GHz too?

Those are the two I am talking about...neither one of them currently has a modem in their flashable so...as far as I know....your existing modem will not change if you flash them and you should still have service on the bands you mention..
Both are good after viewing comment. Which one do you recommend for stable, power saving and less FC? I saw youtube that both are snappier.
I installed lots of game apps.

I am on Padawan and am loving it! Blackstar was just as good but I was not so much into the black and white theme..
Padawan size is 46xM and Blackstar's is 70xM which needs to take 3 hours to DL. It is obvious I try Padawan first

You know..I have never once used a benchmark to judge a rom..For me stability comes first, followed by battery life and finally features...smoothness of the interface is nice but it ranks far down on my list..
Sir, How to set ringtone and notification tone? The music player doesnt have such function.

Sir,
Dont you have kernel to flash? I feel the rom is a bit lag for sometime. The power consumption cant be achieved as this. http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1539675&d=1354742513

GPU performance has dropped since updating to jellybean XXLS8.
Let it be a stock kernel or a custom one.
Eg.TDKR,ASPHALT 7,etc
Even Nenamark2 scores have dropped(i know benchmarks don't mean squat).
Thanks for making a new thread to let us know.

This is a very nice mod to make system faster and it is very good for battery life
Lets have a try and feel the difference.

Tested on Phoenix 16.7 , Hurricane 8
Tested on Android 4.1.2 thunderlight V7 + symplistic V3.6 and NEAK kernel V2.2 and working smooth. Been up for 18 hrs.. so can't tell if it will be better or worse with a few battery charge cycles.

You can test it without any mod.
That may help you understand the difference.

I think so as stated by the OP of the original thread.
Make a nandroid first then test yourself.
I hope it will work.
Battery life is quite amazing in my opinion.

No, not really like that.
Just use same apps with it one day with full charge and without it another day. so simple.
As a ordinary user we mean battery life like this.
Thanks.
