Hey everyone! Im new here and I need you advice.I've got clone Note 3 - HDC Galaxy Note 3 n9006 mtk6589, details will be writen below.I was thinking about changing rom, because there are few problems with my custom rom. It's crashing sometimes, a bit laggy, multiwindowing doesn't work and so on.The biggest problem ist when i press home button , instead of showing my opened apps it says that the UI stopped working. The phone then works normal, it just change my wallpaper to black and home button always do the same - UI doesn't work.I must restart the phone and than everything works fine.I was thinking about changing rom to MIUI, cause I like it very much, but i have no experience with changing roms.I don't want to brick my phone, so im asking you if it's even possible to change my rom to MIUI.The device is already rooted.I would be glad if someone can help me and link there the right rom for my phone. The Cyanogenmod would be great too, but I prefer MIUI.

The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update is finally rolling out for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo.
According to GSM Arena, the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update is currently rolling out to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo users in South Korea. This update will also be accompanied with the Android for Work and a few security patches.
It will also fix the Stage Fright malware vulnerability. As many devices are now experiencing the Stage Fright 2.0 vulnerability, this leaves this problem hanging for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo users.
The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update will also bring the solution for the ultra power saving mode for the Galaxy Note 3 Neo through the on device encryption method. In addition, it will also fix the problem of device over heating and battery consumption, according to BGR.
It will also get the support for 4G LTE data connection services and Bluetooth 4.2. The Wi-Fi will also get an enhancement through this upgrade.
The Android Lollipop 5.1.1 update will be released as an over the air update which means that different users will receive it at different times. The automatic notification will be seen on the top left corner of the smart phone as and when the device is in line to receive this update.
The users who want to check for the update manually, can go to Settings > About device > Software update and check for the update themselves. The update is sized at 610 MB, and is best downloaded through a stable Wi-Fi connection.
With Android Marshmallow already out there, it does seem a bit strange that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo device is still receiving the previous firm ware upgrade instead of the latest one.

Hi everyone,
I have the redmi note 4 (MTK decacore version with 2GB of ram) and I am constantly plagued with the "Just a sec" screen when exiting an app. I also am having trouble with notifications coming through.
messaging apps such as whatsapp will only send push notifications if it was the last program i used.
I have disabled:
animations
memory optimisation
I only have 3 messaging apps on start up.
my MIUI version is: Global 8.1 | Stable | 8.1.6.0(MBFMIDI)
Kernal: 3.18.22+
I'm thinking about rooting and flashing EPic rom or a .EU rom? or would a chinese based rom be better? but I do not know where to start.
any help would be great.
Thanks

Hi,
That ROM you have was recalled due to "bad user feedback" or a nice way of saying "Bugs"
You have the option of waiting it out as 8.1.7.0 is in testing & should release sometime?
Or you can flash one of the MIUI based unofficial ROMs as you say like EPIC, MultiRom or Xiaomi.eu.
For these you will need to unlock your bootloader & Install a custom recovery like TWRP.
Sing out if you need help & I'm sure one of us here can help you with that.

Do a factory reset. It'd help if there is any problem with the system files. If that doesn't work, download and flash the stock rom.

Did a factory reset and it's definitely a lot better, not using as much ram and i have had the "just a sec" since but the notifications are still hit and miss. Hopefully will be sorted with the next update.

Hi there,
I followed a guide off the net to upgrade to the latest version of Android on my Huawei EVA-L09. 'Upgrade' done, I'm now on Android 5.1 and EMUI 3.1... so I'm pretty sure I haven't upgraded at all. I cannot get the phone connected back to my PC (W10) probably some sort of driver issue (worked before the upgrade though!)
Any advise on what to do? I've just bought a Galaxy S8, so just want this on the latest version of Android to use it for a few days then sell it..
Many thanks
A quick note, I'm currently on model number A168-L09 and Build number: EMUI-A168-L09C432B040SP11. All I want is the latest version of Android and not a beta version, just want the phone being sold. The build numbers make absolute no sense to me, very difficult to understand!
Any help is appreciated.
OEM Rom.
Upgraded from Android Nougat 7.1 to Oreo 8.0.0 with March Security Updates
Running stock Samsung Experience 9.0
Build number
R16NW.N950USQU3CRC2
Looking to unlock bootloader, and gain unfettered, non-tethered root.
Anyone bump me in the right direction on how to do this please? I need it for a couple of apps I'd like to use that I have paid for in past, that require root access to device for full functionality.
Thanks I'm advance team [emoji3]
