Yes it will. I haven't gotten around to it yet. Would rather get the base as stable as possible first.

Is there anyway to get icecream on the 4.2 galaxy wifi player or will there ever be a official icecream firmware from Samsung?

The amount of ram is not a problem. The fact that Samsung haven't open-sourced the drivers required for ICS I'd the biggest issue

If somebody would contact Samsun, would they open source the drivers for a developer?

Either that or find some drivers from other devices that work with the 4.2

That could take some time... Without a developer, it's impossible

Yes, it could be, but in TouchWiz version. Same goes with i9500. We need to wait for Samsung to release it. Or we could jump directly through Key Lime Pie in Q4.

4.3 coming?

Anyone know if there are any devs planning on bringing the vibrant community 4.3? Also, as far as cyanogenmod goes... 10.2 or 11?

The only ROM the Galaxy Player has official support for is PAC.
