[Q]Problem with IMEI and root. - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello guys.
I have problem in my phone's IMEI. It is no IMEI, I try to set but he arrow. I am not able to route it. I tried several ways:MTK Droid Root & Tools, eroot, with the process that uses the file run.bat.
Any soul could give me an idea?
Below device data according to MTK Droid Root & Tools:
Hardware : MT6589
Model : GT-I9500
Build number : JDQ39.I9500XXUAMDE
Build date UTC : 20130827-150744
Android v : 4.2.2
Kernel v : 3.4.5 ([email protected]) (gcc version 4.6.x-google 20120106 (prerelease) (GCC) ) #1 SMP Tue Aug 27 23:05:47 CST 2013

1. Open phone dialer
2. Dial *#*#3646633#*#*
3. It will launch engineer mode
4.Under Connectivity Tab select CDS Information
5.Now select Radio Information
6. Select Phone 1
7.Type AT+EGMR=1,7,"ENTER YOUR IMEI HERE"
8.Click send AT command
9. Repeat this procedure and this time selec Phone 2
10. Type AT+EGMR=1,10,"ENTER 2nd IMEI NUMBER HERE"
11. Reboot phone
There you go
