Here is the Australian D-802TA Modem firmware dump - G2 General

This is the AU specific model that has the 2300 TD-LTE capability.
Do post back your findings including if this unlocks that bandwidth on the D802 models.

ALL uk networks use the same frequency bands with no LTE, ergo all uk s3s are the same as most of the world.
Only LTE carriers have dual core. Which is possibly only in the US

[Q] sprint flash to t-mobile

i need help in unlocking a sprint flash ZTE N9500 so i can change it over to T-Mobile. can someone help me
You won't have much luck with this, a CDMA phone won't easily convert to working on a gsm network with a removable sim, lots of a hardware and firmware modding would be needed

Base Band Change Tablet

Hi guys i bought a tablet in my country Panama which seems to be fine since i liked its specifications. Here's my problem i wanted to use 3G but since the frequency is not compatible with the ones in my country i cant just got EDGE. I have read in some forums that is possible to change the base band from europe/asia version 900/2100 to american one and 3G will work. I have found also people who were able to do same process on samsungs phones with european versions. They said if somebody has a table like mine needs to be sure about the tablet processor, model and version for base band. But im not sure which one i should flash on my and which method to use. I wanna know if is there any way i can do that changing the base band? So i can use 3G with 850/1900 frequency or maybe a custom rom that includes the american base band. I also need to be sure if changing the base band to an american one will allow me to use 3G in my country. I run Android 4.1.1 the model is MTK3G. Thanks in advance. Hope someone can help me out. I will post my tablet's specifications pics

Bell Canada G2

Hey could someone please tell me or teach me how to find out which version the G2 from Bell Canada uses? I'm not sure which G2 forum section to follow.

D803 I believe. Go to menu/general/about phone/hardware info

The model is D803. Which forum/carrier is that compatible with?
Sent from my GT-I9505 using xda app-developers app
I have an LG G2 D803 as well. It is the same model as Bell I believe, but I got it from Rogers.
D803 is a Canadian variant of the LG G2.
I think Telus is also sells the D803 model.
So those 3 carriers should be compatible with the D803 model
Do you do any rooting or flashing with your phone?
Sent from my GT-I9505 using xda app-developers app
You can install ROMs for the d802. Just be sure to immediately flash a kernel for the d803 before booting.
ROMs for the d800 or d801 may also work, but I've only tried d802 ROMs myself (Omni and Slim so far).
There are kernels and ROMs for our phone in the generic Android Dev and Original Android Dev sub-forums here.
Typos courtesy of my LG G2 (D803) running Slimkat.
Thank you for your help/responses. Will definitely give it a try. And if I brick the phone I'll beat you up

We do have 4G LTE here in Bangalore offered by Airtel. Airtel uses 2300 Mhz which the 4G version of G2 supports. No major difference apart from the bands.
Even I live in bangalore.
So basically there is a band diff Between 4g and 3g model
