Found his today on modmydroid.net and thought it looked pretty cool. It free in the playstore and very easy to use and customize.
It d/l's as an apk, so you don't even have to go to recovery to install.

EDIT: Figured out the app drawer but still trying to figure out how to add new tiles
Long press app in drawer. Tap add tile. Long press app on home screen. Tap the pencil icon to customize. You can resize (1st). Then Change out images from your gallery or use launcher icons. Change background color. Or change from center to extrude if you want image to go out to the edge.

I always hate the dialer screen of my S Advance! Even using Ex Dialer, I only can change my contacts list, but no dialer screen, and I hate it. For me is lazzy, lagging and with a old interface.
There are another secphone.apk for S Advance that I can install or flash?

The only way you can get a faster SecPhone (didn't try but using common sense here) is have smaller images... i.e. using lower quality images or compressed images ( images like the keypad buttons, the top nav bar etc...) so they would load faster...
P.S. Your profile pic creeps me out.

I use this more than month, and I am satisfied.
To Here's the new cam app extracted from moto x..
What works
The camera runs fine.
Tutorial.
Single shots.
Burst shots.
Video recording.
Front-facing camera toggle.
Swipe to open settings.
Swipe to open gallery, which asks which gallery app you want to launch.
Touch to focus toggle.
Flash mode toggle.
Shutter sound toggle.
Geo-tag toggle.
What doesn't work
Double-flick wrist gesture to launch the camera anytime.
Panorama mode currently crashes. It seems to be missing a required class,
HDR mode is disabled and cannot be enabled.
Slow-motion mode is disabled and cannot be enabled.
The APK was tested on a Nexus 4 running android 4.3 and a Note II running Android 4.1.2. The results were identical.
P.S : reboot or move to system app if fc

I slightly changed the signal bar
changed the icon of "H and 3G" to "LTE" and "H+" to "LTE+"
changed wifi icon, silent, vibrate, alarm clock icon and the battery bar(iOS alike)
but the notification style is the same as in the s5 because I dont like the look of notification style of Systemui S5 V2
